Babil&rsquo;de bademin tarihinin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve en eski k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml; yap\u0131lan yiyecekler aras\u0131nda oldu\u011funu tarih&ccedil;iler kabul etmektedirler. M\u0131s\u0131r&rsquo;da \u0130skenderiye yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki Faros adas\u0131nda bulunan ganimetler aras\u0131nda bademe rastlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bademin anavatan\u0131n\u0131n &Ccedil;in ve Orta Asya oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. Asya ile Avrupa aras\u0131ndaki \u0130pek Yolunda, bademin seyyahlar taraf\u0131ndan yendi\u011fi bilinmektedir. Badem, seyyahlar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla Yunanistan, T&uuml;rkiye ve Orta Do\u011fuya getirilmi\u015ftir. Uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r Akdeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda &ouml;zellikle \u0130spanya ve \u0130talya&rsquo;da badem yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Badem, botanik a&ccedil;\u0131dan kiraz, erik ve \u015feftali ile ayn\u0131 familyada yer almaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Badem, kay\u0131s\u0131 ve \u015feftali gibi baz\u0131 meyve t&uuml;rleri, binlerce y\u0131l &ouml;nce T&uuml;rkiye&#39;ye getirilmi\u015ftir. Badem y\u0131llarca sadece tohumla &uuml;retilmesinden dolay\u0131, &ccedil;ok geni\u015f bir &ccedil;e\u015fitlili\u011fe sahiptir Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra di\u011fer &uuml;lkelerden yurdumuza Texsas, Nonpareil gibi badem &ccedil;e\u015fitleri getirilmi\u015f ve &uuml;retimi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; T&uuml;rkiye&#39;nin Do\u011fu Karadeniz&rsquo;in k\u0131y\u0131 b&ouml;lgesi ile &ccedil;ok y&uuml;ksek yaylalar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda her y&ouml;resinde badem yeti\u015ftirilmektedir. Badem yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi &uuml;lkemizde Ege B&ouml;lgesinde yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, bunu Akdeniz, \u0130&ccedil; Anadolu ve Marmara B&ouml;lgeleri izlemektedir. &Ouml;zellikle Ege ve Akdeniz b&ouml;lgelerinde T&uuml;rkiye badem &uuml;retiminin &uuml;&ccedil;te ikisi &uuml;retilmektedir. Badem yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan en &ouml;nemli b&ouml;lge Ege B&ouml;lgesi, burada da Dat&ccedil;a Yar\u0131madas\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;de 1998 rakamlar\u0131na g&ouml;re 3.680.000 meyve veren a\u011fa&ccedil; bulunmaktad\u0131r. Badem &uuml;retimi 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda 46.000 ton iken bu &uuml;retim 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda 36.000 tona d&uuml;\u015fm&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r. <br \/>\n \u0130KL\u0130M ve TOPRAK \u0130STEKLER\u0130<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u0130KL\u0130M<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Badem i&ccedil;in, yazlar\u0131 kurak ve s\u0131cak, k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u0131l\u0131k ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 Akdeniz iklimi idealdir. Badem a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n odun k\u0131sm\u0131 &ndash;20oC &#8211; 30oC&rsquo; ye kadar so\u011fu\u011fa dayanabilir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &Ccedil;i&ccedil;ek tomurcuklar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131\u015fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feftali &ccedil;i&ccedil;ek tomurcuklar\u0131ndan daha azd\u0131r. &Uuml;lkemizde k\u0131\u015f so\u011fuklar\u0131n\u0131n fazla oldu\u011fu yerlerde ekonomik olarak badem yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi yap\u0131lamaz.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bademin k\u0131\u015f dinlenme ihtiyac\u0131 di\u011fer meyve a\u011fa&ccedil;lar\u0131na g&ouml;re daha k\u0131sad\u0131r. +5oC&rsquo; nin alt\u0131nda 90-400 saatlik bir so\u011fuklama yeterlidir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Badem yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi i&ccedil;in, ilkbahar ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndaki durgun olmayan hava \u015fartlar\u0131 b&uuml;y&uuml;k &ouml;nem ta\u015f\u0131r. \u0130lkbaharda don olaylar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan en kritik d&ouml;nem &ccedil;i&ccedil;ek ve k&ouml;rpe &ccedil;a\u011fla d&ouml;nemidir. &Ccedil;i&ccedil;eklenme zaman\u0131nda &ndash;4, -5 oC&rsquo; ye dayanabilen &ccedil;i&ccedil;ekler, bu devrenin sonunda -5oC&rsquo; ve k&ouml;rpe &ccedil;a\u011fla d&ouml;neminde -1oC, -0,5oC&rsquo; lerde zarar g&ouml;r&uuml;rler. Dona dayan\u0131m bak\u0131m\u0131ndan &ccedil;e\u015fitler aras\u0131nda b&uuml;y&uuml;k farklar g&ouml;r&uuml;lmektedir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Badem kaz\u0131k k&ouml;kl&uuml; bir meyve t&uuml;r&uuml; oldu\u011fu i&ccedil;in, kurak ko\u015fullara uyabilen bir meyvedir. Ancak y\u0131ll\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131\u015f 300 mm&rsquo;nin alt\u0131na d&uuml;\u015ferse yeterli &uuml;r&uuml;n al\u0131nmaz. T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;nin en &ouml;nemli badem &uuml;retim b&ouml;lgesi olan Ege&rsquo;de y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama ya\u011f\u0131\u015f 700 mm. civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ancak ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar Ekim-May\u0131s aylar\u0131 aras\u0131nda d&uuml;\u015fer. Hafif, derin, s&uuml;zek ve al&uuml;vyal topraklarda iyi &uuml;r&uuml;n verir. Bu gibi topraklarda k&ouml;kler 3-5 m derine gider. Kumlu, killi ve &ccedil;ak\u0131ll\u0131 topraklardan da ho\u015flanan badem, a\u011f\u0131r topraklarda hi&ccedil; iyi sonu&ccedil; vermez. Y\u0131ll\u0131k s&uuml;rg&uuml;nler &uuml;zerindeki tomurcuklar\u0131n s&uuml;rmemesi halinde ise a\u011fa&ccedil; dik b&uuml;y&uuml;r (Teksas &ccedil;e\u015fidi gibi).<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Badem a\u011fa&ccedil;lar\u0131 ortalama olarak 50 y\u0131l kadar ya\u015farlar. 100 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar ya\u015fayan a\u011fa&ccedil;lara da rastlamak m&uuml;mk&uuml;nd&uuml;r.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; K&ouml;k: Kaz\u0131k k&ouml;k tipindedir. Sa&ccedil;ak k&ouml;k az oldu\u011fundan, fidanlar yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme s\u0131ras\u0131nda &ccedil;ok kay\u0131plar verirler.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Yapraklar: &Ccedil;e\u015fitlere g&ouml;re iri, orta iri ve k&uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;kt&uuml;r. Yapra\u011f\u0131n bulundu\u011fu dal ve &ccedil;evre ko\u015fullar\u0131 bunu etkiler. Renk a&ccedil;\u0131k ve koyu ye\u015fil aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fir. Kuvvetli topraklarda dikim aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 8-9 m, zay\u0131f ve az derin topraklarda ise 5-6 m olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca ya\u011f\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131 azald\u0131k&ccedil;a, dikim aral\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmak gerekir. Badem i&ccedil;in en &ccedil;ok uygulanan a\u015f\u0131 y&ouml;ntemi, bir ya\u015fl\u0131 &ccedil;&ouml;\u011f&uuml;rler &uuml;zerine durgun g&ouml;z a\u015f\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Meyilli arazide ise &ccedil;apraz (kontur) dikim yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. So\u011fuk b&ouml;lgelerde ise Mart ay\u0131n\u0131 beklemekte yarar vard\u0131r. Fidan &ccedil;ukurlar\u0131 70-80 cm derinlik ve geni\u015flikte olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Dikilen a\u015f\u0131l\u0131 fidanlar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131 yerlerinin toprak i&ccedil;inde kalmamas\u0131na &ouml;zen g&ouml;sterilmelidir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Badem &ccedil;i&ccedil;ekleri kendine uyu\u015fmazd\u0131r. Bu nedenle tozlay\u0131c\u0131 ba\u015fka bir &ccedil;e\u015fitle bah&ccedil;e kurulmas\u0131 halinde ya hi&ccedil; &uuml;r&uuml;n al\u0131nmaz veya &ccedil;ok az &uuml;r&uuml;n al\u0131nabilir.
