Bu\u011fday\u0131n endosperminde bulunan bu protein izole edilerek glutensiz bu\u011fday unu elde edilebildi\u011fi gibi, gluten ihtiva etmeyen t&uuml;rlere y&ouml;nelmek de olduk&ccedil;a ak\u0131lc\u0131 bir &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m say\u0131labilir.
