Bahsedece\u011fim metaller bitki i&ccedil;erisinde miligram seviyelerinde bulunurlar ve art\u0131k; metal de\u011fil <strong>mineral <\/strong>ya da <strong>kofakt&ouml;r<\/strong> olarak an\u0131lmaya ba\u015flarlar. Fazla ayr\u0131nt\u0131ya girmeden, bu minerallerin t\u0131bbi y&ouml;nden v&uuml;cudumuza olan faydalar\u0131ndan k\u0131saca bahsetmek istiyorum.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small; line-height: 19px;\"><br \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Demir:<\/strong> Karahindiba yapraklar\u0131nda ve ekinezya k&ouml;klerinde olduk&ccedil;a y&uuml;ksek miktarda rastlan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1 kg karahindiba yapra\u011f\u0131 ve ekinezya k&ouml;k&uuml;&rsquo;nde 5 gr demir bulunmakta ve Kekikte (<em>Thymus vulgaris<\/em>) bu miktar 1,5 gr&rsquo; a kadar d&uuml;\u015fmektedir. Demir eksikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 kans\u0131zl\u0131kta kullan\u0131labilir. 20 gr karahindiba yapra\u011f\u0131 ya da 25 gr ekinezya k&ouml;k&uuml; kaynat\u0131l\u0131p i&ccedil;ilirse kad\u0131nlar\u0131n adet kanamalar\u0131ndan kaybettikleri demir yerine konabilir. Fakat demir miktar\u0131 t&uuml;r i&ccedil;erisinde yeti\u015fti\u011fi ortama g&ouml;re de de\u011fi\u015fiklik g&ouml;stermektedir. Mesela karahindiba i&ccedil;in ihtiva etti\u011fi demir aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 31-5000 ppm olarak verilir. Ekinezya k&ouml;k&uuml;nde ise bu aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n 700-4800 ppm aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik g&ouml;sterdi\u011fi kay\u0131tlarda ge&ccedil;er. Pelinotu da denilen <em>Artemisia vulgaris <\/em>t&uuml;r&uuml;nde ise; bu aral\u0131k birbirine daha yak\u0131nd\u0131r ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla maksimum s\u0131n\u0131r, karahindiba ve ekinezyaya k\u0131yasla daha d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, arazi &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda pelinotundan daha fazla miktarda demir minerali elde edebilme ihtimalimiz olduk&ccedil;a y&uuml;ksektir. <em>Artemisia vulgaris<\/em>&rsquo;deki demir oran\u0131 1200-3900 ppm aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik g&ouml;stermektedir.
