Obezite besinlerle al\u0131nan enerji miktar\u0131n\u0131n fiziki hareketlerle t&uuml;ketilen enerjiyi a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 35.4pt; text-align: justify\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman\">Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca 14 Temmuz 2008 tarihinde kamuoyu ile payla\u015f\u0131lan &#39;&#39;Obezite ile M&uuml;cadele Ulusal Eylem Plan\u0131&#39;&#39;n\u0131na g&ouml;re &ldquo;D&uuml;nyada \u015fi\u015fman say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 1,6 milyara, obez say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da 400 milyona ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise \u015fi\u015fman say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2,3 milyara, obez say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 700 milyona ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fi kaydedildi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g&ouml;re, T&uuml;rkiye&#39;de obezite s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n erkeklerde y&uuml;zde 21, kad\u0131nlarda y&uuml;zde 42 oldu\u011fu aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\n\t<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman\">&Ccedil;ocuklarda obezite g&ouml;r&uuml;lme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n son 20 y\u0131lda y&uuml;zde 6-7&#39;den y&uuml;zde 15-16&#39;ya y&uuml;kseldi\u011finin belirtildi\u011fi a&ccedil;\u0131klamada, obezite ile sava\u015f i&ccedil;in \u0130stanbul&#39;da D&uuml;nya Sa\u011fl\u0131k &Ouml;rg&uuml;t&uuml;nce (WHO) &quot;WHO Avrupa Obezite ile M&uuml;cadele Konferans\u0131&quot; d&uuml;zenlendi\u011fi ve konferans sonucunda &quot;Obezite ile M&uuml;cadele Avrupa \u015eart\u0131&quot;n\u0131n imzaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131.&rdquo; Bu a&ccedil;\u0131klaman\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n resmi internet sitesinden takip edebilirsiniz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 35.4pt; text-align: justify\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman\">Obezite konusunda Hollandada yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g&ouml;re &ldquo;obezler ve sigara i&ccedil;enlerin &uuml;lkenin sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemi a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan daha ekonomik oldu\u011fu iddia edilmektedir. Sigara i&ccedil;enler ve obezler daha az ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i&ccedil;in k\u0131sa d&ouml;nemde sa\u011fl\u0131k maliyetleri y&uuml;ksek olsa da uzun d&ouml;nemde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 insanlara g&ouml;re daha az sa\u011fl\u0131k maliyeti oldu\u011fu sonucu &ccedil;\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve obezitenin yol a&ccedil;t\u0131\u011f\u0131 hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tedavilerinin ileri ya\u015flarda ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kan alzheimer gibi hastal\u0131klara oranla &ccedil;ok d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k maliyetinin olmas\u0131 sebep olarak g&ouml;sterilmektedir. O g&uuml;nlerde evinin bah&ccedil;esinde oynayabilen &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilolu olma \u015fans\u0131 &ccedil;ok azd\u0131. Bu f\u0131rsat\u0131 bu g&uuml;n &ouml;zellikle b&uuml;y&uuml;k \u015fehirlerde yakalamak son derce zorla\u015ft\u0131. Modern \u015fehir ya\u015fam\u0131 &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 evlere hapsetti. Yemek k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml;m&uuml;z&uuml;n geleneksel Akdeniz k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml;nde oldu\u011fu gibi hafif, zeytinya\u011fl\u0131 ve sebze yemekleri ile desteklenip bu hafif beslenme k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml; okullar\u0131m\u0131zda da yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eekerli i&ccedil;ecekler ve &ccedil;ikolata t&uuml;ketimi s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n abur cubur yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 yerine d&uuml;zenli yemek yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazanmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.
