Transgenik, biyotek, GDO &ccedil;e\u015fitler ba\u015fka t&uuml;rden transfer edilen gen ta\u015f\u0131yan &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin genel tan\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. S&ouml;z konusu yabanc\u0131 gen transferi, tar\u0131m &uuml;r&uuml;nleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda mayadan ila&ccedil; sanayisine bir&ccedil;ok dalda ticari olarak sorunsuzca kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #fdfae2\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">D&uuml;nyada son 14 y\u0131lda s\u0131f\u0131rdan 148 milyon hektarl\u0131k alana ula\u015fan biyotek &uuml;r&uuml;n ekim alan\u0131, say\u0131s\u0131 artan yeni t&uuml;r ve &ccedil;e\u015fitlerle daha da geni\u015fleyecektir. Baz\u0131 &uuml;lkeler olaya sosyo-politik nedenlerle hen&uuml;z GDO&rsquo;lu &uuml;r&uuml;n ekimine onay vermezken, o &uuml;lke &ccedil;ift&ccedil;ilerinin kom\u015fu &uuml;lkelerden ka&ccedil;ak tohum getirerek biyotek &ccedil;e\u015fit ekmeleri, olay\u0131n &uuml;retici a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan ne denli karl\u0131, &ouml;nemli ve ka&ccedil;\u0131n\u0131lmaz oldu\u011funu sergilemektedir. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; tar\u0131m ve ticarette rekabet g&ouml;z ard\u0131 edilemez. Ortalama %30 civar\u0131ndaki art\u0131 de\u011ferleriyle biyotek &uuml;r&uuml;nler ekmeyenin, kullanmayan\u0131n, t&uuml;ketmeyenin aleyhine bir durum yarat\u0131r.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #fdfae2\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">GDO&rsquo;ya kar\u015f\u0131 olanlar\u0131n savunduklar\u0131 g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015flerin adeta tekrarlanma \u015fans\u0131 olmayan bulgulara dayanmas\u0131, &ouml;rne\u011fin &ldquo;kral kelebeklerinin transgenik m\u0131s\u0131rla sonu geliyor&rdquo; gibi yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, pek inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olamam\u0131\u015f ki bu t&uuml;r &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin ekim alanlar\u0131 hala do\u011frusal olarak artmaktad\u0131r. AB &uuml;lkelerinde yeni yeni transgenik t&uuml;rlerin tescili (Almanya&rsquo;n\u0131n &ldquo;amphora&rdquo; transgenik &ccedil;e\u015fidi) asl\u0131nda bir&ccedil;ok ulusal veya uluslar aras\u0131 kurulu\u015fun \u015fu &ouml;zet g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml;yle ivme kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: &ldquo;GDO&rsquo;lar\u0131n t&uuml;m&uuml; insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na etki y&ouml;n&uuml;nden kategorik olarak g&uuml;venli kabul edilemez. Her &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;n ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 g&uuml;venlik testlerinden ge&ccedil;irilmesi gerekir. Bug&uuml;n ticari olarak piyasaya s&uuml;r&uuml;len &uuml;r&uuml;nler isogenleri (transgenik olmayan genotipleri) kadar g&uuml;venlidirler. Bug&uuml;ne kadar da bu &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin t&uuml;ketiminden do\u011fan bir sa\u011fl\u0131k sorununa rastlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r&rdquo;.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #fdfae2\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">GDO&rsquo;lu &uuml;r&uuml;n tar\u0131m\u0131 ABD&rsquo;de ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat Arjantin bu t&uuml;r tar\u0131ma ge&ccedil;i\u015fle &ccedil;ok farkl\u0131 bir uygulama \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 yakalam\u0131\u015f ve adeta ekim alanlar\u0131 fiziki ortam\u0131n &ouml;tesine ta\u015f\u0131narak milyonlarca hektar tar\u0131m arazisi kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &ldquo;\u0130kinci &uuml;r&uuml;n&rdquo; uygulamas\u0131 ile &uuml;retici bu\u011fday hasad\u0131n\u0131n hemen arkas\u0131nda biyotek soya ekerek y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;n&uuml; hasat edebilmektedir. Bu sistemde toprak haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 masraflar\u0131ndan (s&uuml;r&uuml;m vs.) tasarruf sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Bu\u011fday tar\u0131m\u0131ndan hemen sonra transgenik soya toprak i\u015flemesiz tar\u0131mla (an\u0131za ekim; no till) kombine edilerek, ayn\u0131 tarladan, o y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;n&uuml; kald\u0131rma \u015fans\u0131 veriyor. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; bir haftal\u0131k erken ekim bitkinin vejetasyon s&uuml;resini tamamlama f\u0131rsat\u0131 veriyor. Bu uygulama biyotek olmayan &ccedil;e\u015fitlerle olas\u0131 de\u011fil. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; an\u0131za ekimde yabanc\u0131 ot sava\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan normal soya &ccedil;e\u015fitleri rekabet edemezler. Halbuki herbisitlere dayan\u0131kl\u0131 biyotek &ccedil;e\u015fitler &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131 bir ila&ccedil; uygulamas\u0131 sonras\u0131 rakipleri yabanc\u0131 otlardan kurtulup geli\u015fmelerini s&uuml;rd&uuml;rebilmektedirler.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #fdfae2\">\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Arjantin 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda 22,9 milyon hektarl\u0131k tar\u0131m arazisinde transgenik soya, m\u0131s\u0131r ve pamuk ekmi\u015ftir. Bunun 19,5 milyon hektar\u0131 soyad\u0131r ve Arjantin&rsquo;de yaln\u0131z transgenik soya ekilir. Transgenik m\u0131s\u0131r ekim alan\u0131 3 milyon hektar ve transgenik pamuk ekim alan\u0131 da 400 bin hektard\u0131r. Bir hat\u0131rlatma T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;nin son y\u0131llarda tar\u0131msal ihracat\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k14 milyar US$! S&ouml;z konusu art\u0131 de\u011ferin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 bitkiden bitkiye de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Grafikten de anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi soyada sa\u011flanan 62 milyarl\u0131k kazanc\u0131n %72&rsquo;si &uuml;reticiye, %21&rsquo;i ihracat &ndash; gelir vergisi &ccedil;er&ccedil;evesinde devlete ve %7&rsquo;si de tohum ve ila&ccedil; firmalar\u0131na y&ouml;nelmi\u015ftir. Bu da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mda m\u0131s\u0131ra d&uuml;\u015fen 5 milyarl\u0131k kar\u0131n %68&rsquo;i &uuml;reticiye, % 11&rsquo;i devlete ve %20&rsquo;si de teknoloji \u015firketlerine gitmi\u015ftir.
