Ekseriyetle em&uuml;lsiyonlar, s&uuml;spansiyon ve tozlara nazaran bitki y&uuml;zeyine daha iyi tutunmaktad\u0131rlar. Islanabilir tozlara ilave edilen deterjan t&uuml;r&uuml; maddeler, bunlar\u0131n &uuml;r&uuml;n &uuml;zerinde yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarsa da ilac\u0131 daha kolay y\u0131kanabilir hale sokmaktad\u0131rlar. Yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 maddeler ise bunun aksine etki g&ouml;sterirler. \u0130la&ccedil;lama aletlerinin tipleri, ila&ccedil;taki aktif maddelerin buharla\u015fma bask\u0131lar\u0131, seyreltici maddenin cinsi, bitki y&uuml;zeyinde bulunan kutikulada &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;nme derecesi, bitki y&uuml;zeyinin t&uuml;yl&uuml;, d&uuml;z, girintili, &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 ve kaygan olu\u015fu, bitkinin ya\u015f\u0131, s\u0131cakl\u0131k, hava nemi, ya\u011fmur, &ccedil;i\u011f ve r&uuml;zg&acirc;r gibi meteorolojik \u015fartlarda ilac\u0131n bitki y&uuml;zeyinde kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen &ouml;nemli fakt&ouml;rler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Ya\u011flarda veya uygun &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;c&uuml;lerde &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;nen kimyasal maddeler kutikulan\u0131n mum tabakas\u0131ndan i&ccedil;eriye girer ve burada uzun s&uuml;re havadaki oksijenin etkisi ile okside veya hidrolize olarak veya fermentlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015farak bozulmaya u\u011frarlar. Kutikuladan giren ve bitkinin i&ccedil;erisine ula\u015fan aktif maddeler vard\u0131r. Bunlar, yar\u0131 sistemik insektisitler olup subkutikularda kal\u0131nt\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131rlar. Burada bitki salg\u0131lar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015farak bozulmaya u\u011framaktad\u0131rlar. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u0130la&ccedil;lar bitki &uuml;zerinden, ilac\u0131n yaprak ve meyveden s\u0131zmas\u0131, yaprak ve meyvelerin &uuml;zerinden r&uuml;zg&acirc;rla veya birbirine s&uuml;rt&uuml;nme ile uzakla\u015fmas\u0131, ya\u011fmurla y\u0131kanmas\u0131, g&uuml;ne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oksitlenerek bozulmas\u0131, y&uuml;ksek rutubette hidrolize olarak bozulmas\u0131 \u015feklinde kaybolmaya ve azalmaya u\u011framaktad\u0131rlar. \u0130lac\u0131n uygulanma zaman\u0131 da &ouml;nemlidir. Geli\u015fmenin &ccedil;abuk oldu\u011fu d&ouml;nemde ila&ccedil; at\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa, y&uuml;zey ve hacim artmas\u0131 sebebiyle ila&ccedil; kal\u0131nt\u0131 miktarlar\u0131 azalmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Bitki b&uuml;nyesine giren ila&ccedil; ise bitki &ouml;zsular\u0131n\u0131n etkisi ile de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011frar, bu de\u011fi\u015fmeler ilac\u0131n oksitlenmesi, hidrolize olmas\u0131 ve molek&uuml;ler b&ouml;l&uuml;nmesi suretiyle olmaktad\u0131r. &Ouml;rne\u011fin, Aldrin havu&ccedil;ta Dieldrin&rsquo;e, Ethylendibromid bu\u011fdayda Ethylenglycole d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015fmektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 g\u0131da maddelerinde insan, hayvan ve &ccedil;evre sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zarar vermeyecek miktarlarda bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i&ccedil;inde her ila&ccedil; piyasaya &ccedil;\u0131kmadan &ouml;nce toksikolojik ve farmakolojik denemelere tabi tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Baz\u0131 ila&ccedil;lar\u0131n, &ccedil;ok az miktarlar\u0131 bile v&uuml;cutta zararl\u0131 etkiler yaparlar, ya\u011f dokular\u0131nda birikerek v&uuml;cuttan uzakla\u015fmazlar, kanser yap\u0131c\u0131, karaci\u011feri dejenere edici veya b&ouml;brek fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 bozucu etkilere sahiptirler. Bu tip ila&ccedil;lar i&ccedil;in &ccedil;ok d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k toleranslar konmu\u015f veya &uuml;r&uuml;nde o ilac\u0131n hi&ccedil; bulunmamas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 ko\u015fulmu\u015ftur. Klorland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hidrokarbonlar ya\u011f dokular\u0131nda birikirler. Herhangi bir organizman\u0131n ya\u011f dokusu eridik&ccedil;e tutulmu\u015f olan ila&ccedil; organizmaya verilir ve kronik zehirlenmenin ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kmas\u0131na sebep olur.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">&Uuml;r&uuml;nlerimizin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za zararl\u0131 olmamas\u0131 ve ihra&ccedil; etti\u011fimiz &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin ila&ccedil; kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 y&uuml;z&uuml;nden geri &ccedil;evrilmemesi i&ccedil;in bu &uuml;r&uuml;nlerde kalan ila&ccedil; miktar\u0131n\u0131n iyi kontrol edilmesi y&uuml;ksek kal\u0131nt\u0131 b\u0131rakan ila&ccedil;lar yerine daha d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k kal\u0131nt\u0131 b\u0131rakan ila&ccedil;lar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 yolunda detayl\u0131 &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. B&ouml;ylece, ila&ccedil;lar\u0131n bitkiye at\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra kaybolu\u015f s&uuml;relerinin incelenmesi de zorunludur. &Ouml;rne\u011fin, % 0.05&rsquo;lik Malathion&rsquo;la ila&ccedil;lanan &ccedil;ilekte, ila&ccedil;lama g&uuml;n&uuml; 5 ppm, 7 g&uuml;n sonra ise 0.45 ppm Malathion bulunmu\u015ftur. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Evcil hayvanlara verilecek yemlerde de ila&ccedil; kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 belirli tolerans s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 alt\u0131nda tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kal\u0131c\u0131 etkili ve ya\u011f dokusunda biriken ila&ccedil;lar o anda hayvana tehlikeli olmasa bile bunlar\u0131n etini, s&uuml;t&uuml;n&uuml; ve yumurtas\u0131n\u0131 yiyen insanlara ge&ccedil;erek onlar\u0131n b&uuml;nyelerinde birikim yapmaktad\u0131rlar. Bu sebepten, Aldrin, Dieldrin, Endrin, Heptachlor ve Chlordane gibi bile\u015fiklerin, bitkiye do\u011frudan do\u011fruya at\u0131lmalar\u0131 yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; bu ila&ccedil;lar topraktan ve sudan bitkilere ge&ccedil;mektedir. &Ouml;rne\u011fin, Aldrin&rsquo;in topra\u011fa uyguland\u0131ktan sonra dokuz y\u0131l s&uuml;reyle toprakta kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. DDT&rsquo;nin sekiz y\u0131l sonra bile toprakta % 40&rsquo;\u0131 bulunmu\u015ftur. DDT&rsquo;nin yemlerde bulunan kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ineklere zararl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, fakat s&uuml;tten ge&ccedil;erek buza\u011f\u0131lara zararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Bitkiler &uuml;zerindeki insektisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ar\u0131lara ve faydal\u0131 b&ouml;ceklere de etkili olmaktad\u0131r. Bilhassa, ar\u0131lar\u0131n faaliyette oldu\u011fu &ccedil;i&ccedil;ekli d&ouml;nemde ar\u0131lara zarar verecek ila&ccedil;lar kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. &Ouml;rne\u011fin, Parathion i&ccedil;in a\u011f\u0131zdan LD<sub>50 <\/sub>de\u011feri, ar\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na, 0.05 &micro;g, Toxaphen i&ccedil;in ise 30 &micro;g&rsquo;d\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Son ila&ccedil;lama ile hasat aras\u0131nda ge&ccedil;mesi gereken s&uuml;renin tespit edilip ila&ccedil;lar\u0131n tolerans s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na d&uuml;\u015fme zamanlar\u0131 saptanmal\u0131 ve bu s&uuml;relerden &ouml;nce &uuml;r&uuml;nler yenmemelidir. Baz\u0131 pestisitler de sebze ve meyvelerde koku veya kalite de\u011fi\u015fimine de sebep olmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt;\"><span style=\"mso-font-kerning: 8.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Deterjanl\u0131 su ile y\u0131kama i\u015flemi \u0131spanaktan Parathionu % 24 oran\u0131nda, normal y\u0131kama i\u015flemi % 10 oran\u0131nda uzakla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
