{"id":271,"date":"2007-02-10T20:39:00","date_gmt":"2007-02-10T20:39:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-10-23T10:02:47","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T10:02:47","slug":"hububat-ve-kis-271","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gardensel.com\/tr\/hububat-ve-kis-271","title":{"rendered":"Hububat ve k\u0131\u015f"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hububat gerek &uuml;retim alan\u0131 ve gerekse t&uuml;ketim itibariyle ilimiz ekonomisinde &ouml;nemli bir yere sahiptir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u0130limiz co\u011frafi konumu ve topo\u011frafik yap\u0131s\u0131 itibariyle &ccedil;ok de\u011fi\u015fik iklim karakterine sahip bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130limizde, hububat tar\u0131m\u0131 b&uuml;y&uuml;k &ouml;l&ccedil;&uuml;de tabiat \u015fartlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Geni\u015f hububat &uuml;retim alanlar\u0131m\u0131z i&ccedil;inde en son tescil edilen &ccedil;e\u015fitler yan\u0131nda verim potansiyeli d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k &ccedil;e\u015fitler de yeralabilmektedir.<br \/>\n Konyada&nbsp;hububat 15 Eyl&uuml;l ila 15 Ekim tarihleri aras\u0131nda ekilmektedir. &Ccedil;ift&ccedil;imizin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 kura\u011fa ekmekte, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 ya\u011fmuru beklemekte, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da sulay\u0131p toprak tava geldikten sonra ekim yapmaktad\u0131r. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131 Ekim ay\u0131nda ilimizde yer yer ya\u011f\u0131\u015f alan ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f almayan ekim alanlar\u0131m\u0131z olmu\u015ftur. Bunun sonucunda da ekili hububat alanlar\u0131m\u0131zda yer yer &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131\u015f olan, az &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131\u015f olan yerler oldu\u011fu gibi, toprakta yeterli suyu nemi bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i&ccedil;in ge&ccedil; &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapan yerler de mevcuttur.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hububat\u0131n k\u0131\u015fl\u0131k ekili\u015flerinde &uuml;retimi belirleyen k\u0131\u015f ve bahar ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130limiz y\u0131ll\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131n\u0131n aylara ve mevsimlere g&ouml;re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131\u015f bi&ccedil;imi olarak belirtilen ya\u011f\u0131\u015f rejimimiz genellikle d&uuml;zensizdir. Bu nedenle sulama imkan\u0131 olan alanlar hari&ccedil; hububat geli\u015fimi k\u0131\u015f ve bahar ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mahsule tesir eden fakt&ouml;rlerden biri de hi&ccedil; \u015f&uuml;phesiz so\u011fuk ve dondur. Ekinlerin &uuml;zeri karla &ouml;rt&uuml;l&uuml; oldu\u011fu i&ccedil;in so\u011fuktan fazlaca etkilenmezler. Halbuki &uuml;zeri a&ccedil;\u0131k olan ekinler, hele hava r&uuml;zgarl\u0131 olursa kolayl\u0131kla donar. Ancak kar tabakas\u0131 ile &ouml;rt&uuml;l&uuml; olan ekinlerin bilhassa fazla b&uuml;y&uuml;m&uuml;\u015f olanlar\u0131 g&uuml;ne\u015fli havalarda bo\u011fulma ihtimali belirir. Kuvvetli g&uuml;ne\u015f kar\u0131n &uuml;st tabakas\u0131n\u0131 eritir, gece olunca erimi\u015f tabaka donarak kar\u0131n &uuml;zerinde buz tabakas\u0131 meydana getirir. Ertesi g&uuml;nler buz tabakas\u0131 erimezse a&ccedil;\u0131k ve hafif g&uuml;ne\u015fli havalarda bile kar\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki ekinler nefes almaya devam ederek fazla karbon asidi &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131r ve asimilasyon olay\u0131 olmay\u0131nca karbon asidi birikir ve bu muayyen bir nisbeti a\u015f\u0131nca da ekinlerde bo\u011fulma dedi\u011fimiz olay meydana gelir. D&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k s\u0131cakl\u0131klara dayanma bak\u0131m\u0131ndan bu\u011fday t&uuml;rleri ekmeklik, topba\u015f ve makarnal\u0131k bu\u011fdaylar \u015feklinde s\u0131ralanmaktad\u0131r.
