These products include environmentally compatible lubricant and alternative fuels. To base such a lubricant and alternative fuels on a vegetable oil creates a product environmentally friendly by its farming origin and theirs farming origin and theirs to rapidly biodegrade when released.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn this study describes vegetable oil based use possibilities as alternative fuels, engine lubricant and hydraulic fluids on the Farm Tractors.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Key Words: <\/strong>Vegetable oils, environmentally, biodegrade, fuel, lubricant, hydraulic.\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Bitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n ya\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 madde olarak ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kmas\u0131ndaki esas elde edilen &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin &ccedil;evre dostu olmas\u0131, &ccedil;ift&ccedil;i taraf\u0131ndan &uuml;retilmesi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 bittikten sonra do\u011faya serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman kendili\u011finden biyolojik olarak ayr\u0131\u015fabilme yetene\u011finin olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu y&uuml;zden &ouml;zellikle tar\u0131msal &uuml;retimde kullan\u0131lan makine ve ekipmanlarda bitkisel esasl\u0131 ya\u011flar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 olduk&ccedil;a uygundur. Bu t&uuml;r ya\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar toprak, toprak suyu ve &uuml;r&uuml;nlere temas\u0131nda kolayca ayr\u0131\u015fabilen ya\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 madde olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 &ouml;zellikle &ouml;nemlidir. Kullan\u0131lan makine ve ekipmanlar ile tar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lan bitkilerden elde edilmesi yoluyla yine bu makine ve ekipmanlar\u0131n ya\u011flanmas\u0131 sayesinde s&uuml;rekli bir &ccedil;evrim meydana getirilmektedir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<strong>2. B\u0130TK\u0130SEL YA\u011eLAR<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;Bitkisel ya\u011flar, baz\u0131 tar\u0131m &uuml;r&uuml;nlerinin meyve, &ccedil;ekirdek ve tohumlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flenmesi neticesinde elde edilmektedir. Bunlar petrol esasl\u0131 ya\u011flardan farkl\u0131 kimyasal yap\u0131ya sahiptirler. Diesel yak\u0131t\u0131 b&uuml;y&uuml;k oranlarda parafinler ve aromatiklerden olu\u015fmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, bitkisel ya\u011flar ya\u011f asitlerinin gliserinle yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu esterlerdir. Bu esterlere gliserid ad\u0131 verilir. Gliserin molek&uuml;l&uuml;n&uuml; olu\u015fturan 3 alkol grubu ya\u011f asitlerinin esterle\u015fmesi ile trigliserid ad\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r. Trigliseriddeki doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitlerinin cinsi ve miktar\u0131, bitkisel ya\u011f\u0131n &ouml;zelliklerini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r (Erdo\u011fan ve Mohammed 1997).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<strong>2.1. Biyolojik Olarak Ayr\u0131\u015fabilir Ya\u011flar\u0131n Tercih Edilmesinin Sebebi<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nToksik art\u0131klar, ozon tabakas\u0131n\u0131n incelmesi, yery&uuml;z&uuml; sular\u0131n\u0131n kirlenmesi, hava kirlili\u011fi ve toprak kirlili\u011fi gibi terimler &ccedil;evre ile ilgili g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;z d&uuml;nyas\u0131nda&nbsp; g&uuml;ndemi olu\u015fturan kelimelerdir. Artan &ccedil;evre bilinci end&uuml;stri ve &ccedil;evre bilimcilerinin halk\u0131 bilin&ccedil;lendirmesi i&ccedil;in faaliyetlerde bulunmas\u0131na sevk etmi\u015ftir. D&uuml;nyada bir &ccedil;ok h&uuml;k&uuml;met bunu dikkate alm\u0131\u015f ve bununla ilgili olarak &ccedil;evre dostu &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 i&ccedil;in yasa &ccedil;\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &Ouml;rne\u011fin Almanya da b&ouml;lgesel d&uuml;zenlemeler ile Orman b&ouml;lgelerinde biyolojik ayr\u0131\u015fabilir ya\u011f kullan\u0131lmad\u0131k&ccedil;a ekipman kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Glamser 2000)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>2.2. (Richard 1994)&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>3.&nbsp; B\u0130TK\u0130SEL YA\u011eLARIN YAKIT OLARAK KULLANILMASI<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&Uuml;lkemizin zengin biyok&uuml;tle kaynaklar\u0131na sahip bir tar\u0131m &uuml;lkesi oldu\u011fu g&ouml;z &ouml;n&uuml;ne al\u0131n\u0131rsa, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n alternatif motor yak\u0131t\u0131 &uuml;retiminde de\u011ferlendirilmesi b&uuml;y&uuml;k &ouml;nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n motor yak\u0131t\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 durumunda ya\u011f bitkilerinin &uuml;retiminin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 imkan\u0131 her an mevcuttur. Burada yeti\u015ftirilecek bitki &ccedil;e\u015fitlerinin ya\u011f bitkileri olmas\u0131 ilerde olu\u015facak ihtiyac\u0131 fazlas\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131layacak d&uuml;zeydedir. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; G&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zde bitkisel ya\u011flar diesel yak\u0131t\u0131 olan motorinden daha pahal\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kullan\u0131m\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 halinde fiyat\u0131 daha da d&uuml;\u015fecektir. Ayr\u0131ca herkesin &ouml;zen g&ouml;stermesi gereken &ccedil;evrenin korunmas\u0131 konusunda bitkisel ya\u011flar, organik k&ouml;kenli olmas\u0131 nedeniyle &ccedil;evreyi kirletmeden topra\u011fa kazand\u0131r\u0131labilir. Yap\u0131lan &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalarda bitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n emisyon de\u011ferleri, motorine nazaran daha olumlu &ccedil;\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>3.1 Bitkisel Ya\u011flar\u0131n Fiziksel-Kimyasal ve Yak\u0131t &Ouml;zellikleri<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n motor yak\u0131t\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131labilecek ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131; (Peterson 1995, &Ouml;zakta\u015f 1998)\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAyr\u0131ca bitkisel ya\u011flar diesel motorlarda hi&ccedil;bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik gerektirmeden kullan\u0131labilirler. Motor test &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma sonu&ccedil;lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda baz\u0131 ayr\u0131l\u0131klar bulunmakla beraber ester yak\u0131tlar\u0131n motorin e\u015fde\u011fer veya farkl\u0131 motor karakteristikleri ve egzoz emisyonu g&ouml;sterebilecekleri belirtilse de genel sonu&ccedil; bitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n &ccedil;evre dostu, mevcut en iyi motorin alternatifi oldu\u011fu \u015feklindedir. Diesel yak\u0131t\u0131na g&ouml;re d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k karbon&nbsp; i&ccedil;erikli ester yak\u0131tlar, k&uuml;l olu\u015fumunu azaltarak, %0.005 den d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k k&uuml;k&uuml;rt i&ccedil;eri\u011fi ile SO<sub>2<\/sub>&#39;den ileri gelen kirlili\u011fini hemen hemen ortadan kald\u0131rmakta, fotosentez &ccedil;evrimi gere\u011fi sera etkisini art\u0131rmamakta, &ouml;zellikle partik&uuml;l emisyonlar\u0131nda olmak &uuml;zere CO, HC, NO<sub>x<\/sub>&nbsp; emisyonlar\u0131nda da olumlu d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;\u015flere neden olmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bitkisel ya\u011flar zehirli olmayan, biyolojik olarak kolay ve &ccedil;abuk ayr\u0131\u015fabilen maddelerdir. (Purcell 1996)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>3.2 Bitkisel Ya\u011flar\u0131n Yak\u0131t &Ouml;zelliklerini \u0130yile\u015ftirme Y&ouml;ntemleri<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n enerji i&ccedil;erikleri, petrol k&ouml;kenli diesel yak\u0131tlar\u0131 ile hemen hemen ayn\u0131 d&uuml;zeydedir. Ancak diesel yak\u0131t\u0131na g&ouml;re 10-20 kat daha fazla sahip olduklar\u0131 y&uuml;ksek viskozite sebebiyle; enjekt&ouml;rlerde t\u0131kanma, ya\u011flama ya\u011f\u0131 problemleri ve motor &ouml;mr&uuml;n&uuml;n k\u0131salmas\u0131 ana sorunlar\u0131 ile belirtilebilecek pek &ccedil;ok olumsuzluklara neden olmaktad\u0131r. Bitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n direkt p&uuml;sk&uuml;rtmeli diesel motorlar\u0131nda uzun s&uuml;reli kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 imkans\u0131z olup, sadece rafine ya\u011flar\u0131n &ouml;n yanma odal\u0131 diesel motorlar\u0131nda baz\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar ile de\u011ferlendirilmesi m&uuml;mk&uuml;nd&uuml;r (Karaosmano\u011flu ve Aksoy 1994). B&uuml;t&uuml;n bu olumsuz fakt&ouml;rler, motor bak\u0131m masraflar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve motorun &ouml;mr&uuml;n&uuml; k\u0131salt\u0131c\u0131 y&ouml;nde etki etmektedir. Bitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n diesel yak\u0131t alternatifi olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilmesi i&ccedil;in, &ouml;ncelikle y&uuml;ksek viskozite probleminin &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;lmesi gerekmektedir. Buna g&ouml;re y&uuml;ksek viskozite problemi, saf bitkisel ya\u011flara &ccedil;e\u015fitli y&ouml;ntemler uygulanarak &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;lmeye &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu y&ouml;ntemlerin ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131 seyreltme, mikroemilsiyon olu\u015fturma, piroliz ve transesterifikasyon y&ouml;ntemleridir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<em>Seyreltme<\/em><strong> <\/strong>y&ouml;nteminde, bitkisel ya\u011flar belli oranlarda diesel yak\u0131t\u0131 ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak seyreltilmekte, b&ouml;ylece viskozite de\u011feri belli oranlarda d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;r&uuml;lmektedir. Seyreltme y&ouml;ntemi uygulamalar\u0131nda en &ccedil;ok tercih edilen bitkisel ya\u011flara &ouml;rnek olarak, ay&ccedil;i&ccedil;ek ya\u011f\u0131, soya ya\u011f\u0131, aspir ya\u011f\u0131, kolza ya\u011f\u0131, yer f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131, kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f k\u0131zartma at\u0131k ya\u011flar\u0131 say\u0131labilir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<em>Mikroemilsiyon<\/em> olu\u015fturma y&ouml;ntemi; metanol veya etanol gibi k\u0131sa zincirli alkollerle bitkisel ya\u011f\u0131n mikroemilsiyon haline getirilme i\u015flemidir. B&ouml;ylece viskozite de\u011feri d&uuml;\u015fmektedir. Bu y&ouml;ntemin sak\u0131ncas\u0131, alkollerin setan say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k olmas\u0131 nedeniyle emilsiyonun setan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k olmas\u0131 ve d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n ayr\u0131\u015fma e\u011filimi g&ouml;stermesidir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<em>Piroliz<\/em><strong> <\/strong>y&ouml;nteminde, molek&uuml;ller y&uuml;ksek s\u0131cakl\u0131kta daha k&uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;k molek&uuml;llere par&ccedil;alanmaktad\u0131r. Bu y&ouml;ntem sayesinde viskozite olduk&ccedil;a d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;r&uuml;lmekte, fakat i\u015flemler ilave masraf gerektirmektedir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<em>Transesterifikasyon<\/em> y&ouml;ntemi ise bitkisel ya\u011flar, bir kataliz&ouml;r vas\u0131tas\u0131yla alkolle reaksiyona sokularak yeniden esterle\u015ftirilmesi i\u015flemidir. Bu y&ouml;ntem viskoziteyi azaltmada en etkili y&ouml;ntemdir.
