G\u0130R\u0130\u015e<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSon yar\u0131m as\u0131rda tar\u0131mdaki teknolojik geli\u015fmelere paralel olarak yo\u011fun ila&ccedil; ve g&uuml;bre kullan\u0131m\u0131 verimde &ouml;nemli art\u0131\u015flara sebep olmu\u015f, ama bu art\u0131\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k &ccedil;evre ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na &ouml;nemli zararlar vermi\u015ftir. Bu olumsuz etkiyi ortadan kald\u0131rmay\u0131 ama&ccedil;layan geli\u015fmi\u015f &uuml;lkeler, organik tar\u0131m &uuml;retimini geli\u015ftirme ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rma &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOrganik &uuml;retim &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na &Uuml;lkemizde 1980&#39;li y\u0131llarda ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f 2000 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren&nbsp; de ciddi boyutlara ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &Uuml;lkemizde organik tar\u0131m faaliyetleri&nbsp; son de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle 1\/12\/2004 tarih ve 5262 say\u0131l\u0131 kanuna ve 10 Haziran 2005 tarih ve 25841 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi gazetede yay\u0131mlanarak y&uuml;r&uuml;rl&uuml;\u011fe giren y&ouml;netmeli\u011fe g&ouml;re i\u015flem yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOrganik tar\u0131m faaliyetleri i&ccedil;erisinde ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n &ouml;nemi b&uuml;y&uuml;kt&uuml;r. Organik ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131lan sahalarda &ccedil;ok k\u0131ymetli ar\u0131 &uuml;r&uuml;nleri elde edilirken polinasyon yoluyla da bitkisel &uuml;retimin kalitesinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, &ccedil;evrenin, tar\u0131m ve orman &uuml;r&uuml;nlerinin korunmas\u0131na ve geli\u015fmesine polinasyon ile katk\u0131s\u0131 bulunan &ouml;nemli bir faaliyettir. Ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n polinasyon yolu ile bitkisel &uuml;retime katk\u0131s\u0131, ar\u0131 &uuml;r&uuml;nleri &uuml;retiminden elde edilen gelirin en az 10 kat\u0131 kadard\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp; <strong>1.1. &Uuml;LKEM\u0130Z\u0130N ARICILIK DURUMU<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nD&uuml;nyada bulunan 52 milyon ar\u0131 kolonisinin 4 milyonu; 1.126.000 ton bal\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 70.000 tonu &uuml;lkemizde &uuml;retilmektedir. &Uuml;lkemiz, koloni say\u0131s\u0131 ve&nbsp; bal &uuml;retiminde d&uuml;nyada ilk s\u0131ralarda bulunmaktad\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&Uuml;lkemizde 200.000 tar\u0131m i\u015fletmesinde ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetleri yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak bu tar\u0131m i\u015fletmelerinden 20.000&#39;i ge&ccedil;im kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131kla u\u011fra\u015fmaktad\u0131r.Bu tar\u0131m i\u015fletmeleri; toplam ar\u0131 kolonisi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n % 80&#39;ine sahip oldu\u011fu ve bal &uuml;retiminin % 90&#39;\u0131n\u0131 ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi tahmin edilmektedir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAr\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml; olarak&nbsp; genelde bal&nbsp; bilinmektedir. Oysa ar\u0131lardan bal\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra balmumu, ar\u0131 s&uuml;t&uuml;,&nbsp; polen, propolis ve ar\u0131 zehiri gibi 6 &ccedil;e\u015fit &uuml;r&uuml;n sa\u011flan\u0131r. Organik tar\u0131m Kanununa g&ouml;re organik tar\u0131m metodu d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki t&uuml;m metotlar &quot;konvansiyonel tar\u0131m&quot; metodu olarak isimlendirildi\u011finden burada da organik yap\u0131lmayan ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetleri i&ccedil;in konvansiyonel ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k terimi kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp; Ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k &uuml;r&uuml;nlerinin organik &uuml;retim olarak nitelendirilmesi;&nbsp; kovanlar\u0131n &ouml;zelliklerine, &ccedil;evre kalitesine, ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k &uuml;r&uuml;nlerinin &ouml;zenle elde edilmesine,&nbsp; i\u015flenmesi ve depolanmas\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131na&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Kovanlarda kimyasal boya yerine propolis, balmumu, bitki ya\u011flar\u0131 gibi&nbsp; do\u011fal &uuml;r&uuml;nler kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nKovana verilecek yeni petekli &ccedil;er&ccedil;eve i&ccedil;in temel petek, organik &uuml;retim yapan birimlerden sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Fazla kabart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f peteklerin depolanmas\u0131 esnas\u0131nda g&uuml;ve zararl\u0131s\u0131ndan korumak i&ccedil;in naftalin gibi maddeler kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun yerine defne yapra\u011f\u0131 kullan\u0131lmal\u0131 veya so\u011fuk hava depolar\u0131nda depolanmal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSa\u011fl\u0131k ve temizlik maddesi olarak kimyasal maddeler kullan\u0131lamaz.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOrganik tar\u0131m metoduyla &uuml;retilen ar\u0131 &uuml;r&uuml;nleri ambalajlan\u0131rken organik &uuml;r&uuml;n niteli\u011finin bozulmamas\u0131na dikkat edilmeli ve &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;n organik niteli\u011fini koruyacak b&uuml;t&uuml;n hijyenik tedbirler al\u0131n\u0131r. Ambalajlar; cam, tahtadan &uuml;retilmi\u015f malzemeler, &ouml;zel &uuml;retilmi\u015f uygun organik kaplama maddelerinden yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOrganik ar\u0131 &uuml;r&uuml;nler geleneksel &uuml;r&uuml;nlerden ayr\u0131 olarak depolan\u0131r. Organik &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin depolanmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda herhangi bir kimyasal ila&ccedil; kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Organik ar\u0131 &uuml;r&uuml;nleri, karayollar\u0131 kenar\u0131nda bekletilememeli ve sat\u0131lamamal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAr\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k &uuml;r&uuml;nlerinin &uuml;retimi, hasad\u0131, i\u015flenmesi ve depolanmas\u0131 esnas\u0131nda kolonilere uygulanan koruyucu &ouml;nlemler ve tedaviler kay\u0131t edilmelidir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>&nbsp; 2.2.
