\nÖZET<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\nBu çal\u0131\u015fma,  ormanc\u0131l\u0131kta üretim i\u015flerinde i\u015fçilerin i\u015f kazas\u0131 geçirme oranlar\u0131, baz\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 ile kaza nedenleri hakk\u0131nda bilgi edinmek amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Adana, Oltu, Ilgaz, Pazar ve S\u0131nd\u0131rg\u0131 Orman \u0130\u015fletme Müdürlükleri bünyesinde üretim i\u015flerinde çal\u0131\u015fan toplam 250 i\u015fçi ile yap\u0131lan anketlerden elde edilen veriler irdelenmi\u015ftir. Elde edilen verilere göre; orman i\u015fçilerinden % 47'sinin en az bir defa i\u015f kazas\u0131 geçirdi\u011fi, kaza nedenlerinin ise ba\u015fl\u0131ca dikkatsizlik, tecrübesizlik, ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipman eksikli\u011fi, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yorgunluk-uykusuzluk ve kötü çal\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fçilerde düzenli kahvalt\u0131 yapma ve çay-kahve al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131n yüksek, ilkyard\u0131m bilgisi ile malzemesinin ise yetersiz oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Orman i\u015fçilerinin bilgi ve ekipman eksiklikleri giderilmelidir. Ayr\u0131ca i\u015fçilerin sosyal ve sa\u011fl\u0131k güvenceleri sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n

\nA RESEARCH ON WORKING CONDITIONS AND OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENTS AT THE FOREST HARVESTING ACTIVITIES<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\nABSTRACT<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\nThis study was condcuted to have some information about the occupational accident ratio and some habits of forest harvesting workers, and the reasons of the accidents. The data obtained from a total of 250 forest workers responded to a self-administered questionnaire working at the harvesting practises at Directorates of Forest Enterprises Adana, Oltu,  Ilgaz, Pazar and S\u0131nd\u0131rg\u0131 were discussed. According to findings; 47 % of forestry workers had at least an occupational accident and the causes of accidents were determined as carelessness, inexperience, deficiency of personal protection equipment, excessive fatigue-sleeplessness and working conditions. The ratio of workers having regular breakfast and tea-coffee habits is high, first aid knowledge and supplies are insufficient. The knowledge and equipment deficiency of forest workers should be eliminated. Also, social and health assurance of workers should be ensured.\n<\/p>\n
