Geleneksel tar\u0131mda do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n yo\u011fun kullan\u0131m\u0131 toprak, su ve hava kirlili\u011fi, tar\u0131m kimyasallar\u0131 kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131, do\u011fal kaynaklardaki y\u0131pranmalar artm\u0131\u015f ve artan girdi kullan\u0131ma ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak &uuml;retim maliyeti y&uuml;kselmi\u015ftir (Lampkin and Padel 1994).\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nEkolojik (organik, biyolojik, biyodinamik ve d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k girdili) tar\u0131m, geleneksel tar\u0131msal &uuml;retimde kullan\u0131lan ve &ccedil;evreye zarar veren kimyasallar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n b&uuml;y&uuml;k &ouml;l&ccedil;&uuml;de azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 veya tamamen &ouml;nlenmesini i&ccedil;ermektedir. Buna g&ouml;re ekolojik tar\u0131m &uuml;r&uuml;nleri, tar\u0131m kimyasallar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmadan &uuml;retilmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r (Lampkin and Padel 1994)\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nD&uuml;nyadaki geli\u015fmelere paralel olarak &uuml;lkemizde de ekolojik tar\u0131m konusundaki ilk &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar 1983-1984 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ekolojik &uuml;retim, g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;ze kadar tamamen ihracata konu olan &uuml;r&uuml;nlerde ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve geli\u015fmi\u015f olup, bu &uuml;retim teknolojisi ile yeni &uuml;r&uuml;nler i&ccedil;in ihracat olana\u011f\u0131 &ccedil;o\u011funlukla sa\u011flanamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r(G&uuml;nd&uuml;z 1994).\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nEkolojik olarak &uuml;retilen yakla\u015f\u0131k 60 &uuml;r&uuml;n i&ccedil;inde ekin alan\u0131 ve &uuml;retici say\u0131s\u0131 en y&uuml;ksek olan &uuml;r&uuml;nler, f\u0131nd\u0131k, &uuml;z&uuml;m ve incirdir. Ekolojik f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;retimi &Uuml;nye ve \u0130kizce (Ordu), Terme (Samsun), Ak&ccedil;akoca (Bolu) ve Alatl\u0131 (Zonguldak) il&ccedil;elerinde yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ekolojik f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;retimi 1989-1990 &uuml;retim d&ouml;neminde ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1998 y\u0131l\u0131 verilere g&ouml;re ekolojik f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;retimi yapan &uuml;retici say\u0131s\u0131 1.155, &uuml;retim alan\u0131 3.745 ha., &uuml;retim 2.288 ton ve ihracat miktar\u0131 ise, 1.095 ton&#39;dur (Anonim 1999). \u0130hracat&ccedil;\u0131 Birlikleri kay\u0131tlar\u0131na g&ouml;re, toplam ekolojik f\u0131nd\u0131k ihracat\u0131 1.510 ton (Anonim 1999) olup, bunun toplam &uuml;retime oran\u0131 % 66.01&#39;dir. Toplam f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;retiminin % 0.4&#39;&uuml; f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;retim alan\u0131n\u0131n % 0.7&#39;si ve toplam &uuml;retici say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ise % 0.3&#39;&uuml; ekolojik f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;reticileridir.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nEkolojik tar\u0131ma ge&ccedil;i\u015fte, geleneksel tar\u0131ma oranla ilk y\u0131llarda birim alanda verim h\u0131zl\u0131 bir d&uuml;\u015fme s&ouml;z konusu iken, daha sonraki y\u0131llarda al\u0131nan &ouml;nlemler ile verim d&uuml;zey eskisine yakla\u015fmakta (Daitota, 1989) ve hatta geleneksel tar\u0131mdan daha y&uuml;ksek olabilmektedir.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&Ccedil;izelge 1. Topra\u011f\u0131n asit karakterde olmas\u0131 azot, fosfor ve potasyum gibi baz\u0131 elementlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131na engel oldu\u011fu gibi demir, aliminyum gibi baz\u0131 elementlerinde &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;nebilirli\u011fini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan toksik etki yapmas\u0131na neden olur.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nAsit topraklar\u0131n kire&ccedil;lenmesi ile topraklar\u0131n fiziksel, kimyasal ve biyolojik &ouml;zellikleri d&uuml;zeltilir. Toprak analizleri sonucuna g&ouml;re topra\u011fa at\u0131lacak kire&ccedil; miktar\u0131 belirlenir, 4-5 y\u0131lda bir Kas\u0131m-Mart aylar\u0131nda dal izd&uuml;\u015f&uuml;m&uuml;ne 40-50 cm. bant \u015feklinde halkaya muntazaman serpilip 5-10 cm. toprak derinli\u011fine &ccedil;apalan\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&Ccedil;iftlik g&uuml;bresinin bulunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda topra\u011fa organik madde kazand\u0131rman\u0131n di\u011fer bir y&ouml;ntemide ye\u015fil g&uuml;brelemedir. F\u0131nd\u0131k bah&ccedil;eleri i&ccedil;in ye\u015fil g&uuml;bre bitkileri fi\u011f, yabani bezelye ve yulaf gibi bitkiler olup bunlar sonbaharda meyilli arazilerde dal iz d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;mlerindeki 50-100 cm&#39;lik halka \u015feklindeki banda, d&uuml;z arazilerde ise t&uuml;m bah&ccedil;elerde ekilir. \u0130lkbaharda &ccedil;i&ccedil;eklenmeden &ouml;nce bi&ccedil;ilerek topra\u011fa kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Bu uygulamaya topra\u011f\u0131n organik maddesi az olan yerlerde birka&ccedil; y\u0131l &uuml;st &uuml;stte devam edilmelidir.
