K\u0131rsal<\/strong> yerle\u015fmeler, yöre insan\u0131n\u0131n ihtiyaçlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan do\u011fal çevre, arazi formuna uygun, iklim ile uyumlu, kültürel de\u011ferleri önemseyen yerle\u015fmelerdir. Tar\u0131msal faaliyetleri, rekreasyon etkinlikleri, sosyal yap\u0131s\u0131, do\u011fal çevresi, konutu ve di\u011fer birimleri ile bir bütün olarak, do\u011fal çevre ve tarihi süreç içerisinde mimari kültürümüzün olu\u015fumunda etkilidir. De\u011fi\u015fen teknoloji ve ekonomik \u015fartlar ile beraber birbirine benzer ve çarp\u0131k kentler olu\u015fmakta; bütün bunlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yerel kültürünü kaybetmemi\u015f, do\u011fa ile uyum içerisindeki k\u0131rsal<\/strong> yerle\u015fmeler gündeme gelmektedir. Ülkemizde k\u0131rsal<\/strong> yerle\u015fmelere ili\u015fkin tasar\u0131m ve planlama çal\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 daha çok üst ölçeklerde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 için özgün yerle\u015fme karakterleri göz ard\u0131 edilmektedir. Her bölge için yap\u0131lan standart tasar\u0131m ve planlama çal\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerle\u015fmelerin özgün yap\u0131s\u0131na zarar verebilece\u011fi gibi turizmin kayna\u011f\u0131 olan çekicili\u011fini de yok edecektir. Bu noktada gündeme gelen köy tasar\u0131m rehberleri köyün ve çevresinin bölgesel karakterini tan\u0131mlamak, yeni geli\u015fmelerde yöresel karakterin nas\u0131l korunabilece\u011fini ve art\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fini göstermek aç\u0131s\u0131nda önemlidir. Bu çal\u0131\u015fmada bu rehberlerin amac\u0131 ve içeri\u011fini anlatmakta, bu konuda yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan örnekler irdelenmektedir<\/p>\n

\nDESIGN POLICIES AND MEANS<\/strong> RELATED TO RURAL SETTLEMENTS<\/strong> ABSTRACT <\/strong>Rural settlements are the settlements that meet the requirements of local people considering cultural values important, combining them with nature, being harmonious with land form and local climate. They are important for the creation of architectural culture amalgamating natural environment with the agricultural activities, recreational activities, social forms and houses and their related buildings within historical process. Together with the changing technology and economic conditions, urban areas are becoming more and more similar and chaotic. Consequently, rural dwellings are gaining importance and attracting attention, which is attributable to their authenticity, naturalness, and peacefulness. Original settlement characters and diversity in Turkey are ignored in as much as design and planning Works concerning rural settlements are often conducted at higher scales. The regional design and planning Works may not only harm the original structure of the settlements but also degrade the touristic attractiveness as a major source for tourist development. At this point village design guidelines serve to describe the local characteristic of the village and its surroundings as well as to show how to protect and strengthen the local characteristics. In this study the aim and context of these design guidelines are explained and same samples done in foreign countries are scrutinized.\n<\/p>\n
