Konvansiyonel &uuml;retimde birim alandan y&uuml;ksek miktarda ve ekonomik &uuml;r&uuml;n al\u0131nmas\u0131 &ouml;ncelikli oldu\u011fu i&ccedil;in; ekolojik denge ve &uuml;r&uuml;n kalitesinde sa\u011fl\u0131k kriterleri ikinci plana at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun sonucu olarak da, g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zde art\u0131k konvansiyonel bitkisel &uuml;retim gibi konvaniyonel hayvansal &uuml;retimin de &ccedil;evreye, hayvan ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zararl\u0131 etkileri kendini g&ouml;stermeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nKonvansiyonel hayvansal &uuml;retim i\u015fletmelerinde, bar\u0131naklardaki hayvan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n fazla olmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 yerle\u015fim s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yetersiz kalan i\u015fg&uuml;c&uuml; ve dikkatsiz bak\u0131m hayvanlar\u0131n daha kolay hastalanmalar\u0131na neden oldu\u011fu gibi &ouml;zellikle T\u0131rnak ve Ayak rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 ile Mastitis gibi hayvan yeti\u015ftirme ile ilgili baz\u0131 hastal\u0131klar\u0131 da artt\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha fazla ila&ccedil; kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve hayvansal &uuml;r&uuml;nlerde daha fazla ila&ccedil; kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 birikimi riski demek olan bu durum ise, bu &uuml;r&uuml;nleri t&uuml;keten insanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit etmektedir. Ancak, bu &uuml;retimde kullan\u0131lan yem ve baz\u0131 katk\u0131 maddeleri daha b&uuml;y&uuml;k problemlere neden olmaktad\u0131r. Nitekim, konvansiyonel hayvansal &uuml;retimin bitkisel kaynakl\u0131 yem ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan konvansiyonel bitkisel &uuml;retim, gerek erozyona zemin haz\u0131rlayarak, gerekse de genetik modifiye edilmi\u015f (GM) tohumlar\u0131, yo\u011fun kullan\u0131lan sentetik kimyasal g&uuml;breleri ve tar\u0131m ila&ccedil;lar\u0131 ile hem ekolojik dengeyi bozmakta, hem de hayvan ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit etmektedir (1,19). Ayr\u0131ca, konvansiyonel hayvansal &uuml;retimde ekonomik hayvansal kaynakl\u0131 yem olarak yeterince hijyenik hale getirilememi\u015f ve ila&ccedil; kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 da i&ccedil;erebilen &ccedil;e\u015fitli kesimhane yan &uuml;r&uuml;nleri ve kadavra unlar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da baz\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. &Ouml;rne\u011fin son g&uuml;nlerde devaml\u0131 g&uuml;ndemde olan ve sinirsel belirtilerle seyrederek birka&ccedil; hafta i&ccedil;inde &ouml;l&uuml;mle sonu&ccedil;lanan bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 bir sinir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) \/ Deli inek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya halk dilinde deli dana hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 konvansiyonel hayvansal &uuml;retimin getirdi\u011fi &ouml;nemli bir problemdir. \u0130ngilizler deli inek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131\u015f nedeninin, 1980&#39;li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda &uuml;lkelerindeki yem &uuml;reticilerinin maliyeti d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;rmek i&ccedil;in s\u0131\u011f\u0131r yemlerine dejeneratif bir sinir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Scrapie &#39;den &ouml;len koyunlar\u0131n kadavra unlar\u0131n\u0131 katmalar\u0131 oldu\u011funu, &ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; bu t&uuml;r yem kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 1988&#39;de yasaklanmas\u0131yla hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s&uuml;rmektedirler. Fakat bu s&uuml;re i&ccedil;inde veya daha sonraki y\u0131llarda hasta s\u0131\u011f\u0131r eti yiyen veya hasta s\u0131\u011f\u0131r kadavra unlar\u0131n\u0131 yem olarak t&uuml;keten s\u0131\u011f\u0131rlar\u0131n etlerini yiyen insanlarda &ouml;l&uuml;mc&uuml;l dejeneratif bir sinir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan Creutzfeldt Jacop (CJ) hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n &ccedil;\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da bildirmektedirler. Bu konudaki as\u0131l endi\u015feler, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n kulu&ccedil;ka s&uuml;resinin insanlarda 5 ila 20-30 y\u0131l gibi uzun zaman olmas\u0131 nedeniyle &ouml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zdeki y\u0131llarda CJ hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n AIDS gibi ge&ccedil; tan\u0131nan ve ge&ccedil; &ouml;nlem al\u0131nan &ouml;nemli bir sa\u011fl\u0131k problemi olabilirli\u011fidir (6,11,14,15).\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nKonvansiyonel hayvansal &uuml;retimde, yemlerde oldu\u011fu gibi &ccedil;e\u015fitli katk\u0131 maddelerinin kullan\u0131lmalar\u0131 da &ouml;nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na neden olabilmektedir. &Ouml;rne\u011fin, kanatl\u0131larda ve &ouml;zellikle etlik pili&ccedil;lerde geli\u015fmeyi ve yemden yararlanmay\u0131 uyar\u0131c\u0131 olarak antibiyotik kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda en &ouml;nemli prensip, insanlarda ve hayvanlarda tedavi (sa\u011f\u0131t\u0131m) amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lanlardan olmamas\u0131 veya bunlarla ili\u015fkisi veya etkile\u015fimi bulunmamas\u0131 iken, zaman zaman s&ouml;z konusu prensibe uyulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g&ouml;r&uuml;lmektedir. Nitekim, D&uuml;nya Sa\u011fl\u0131k Organizasyonu (WHO)&#39;nun yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir raporda antibiyotiklerin etlik pili&ccedil;lerde geli\u015fmeyi ve yemden yararlanmay\u0131 uyar\u0131c\u0131 olarak hatal\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131 sonucu, bir &ccedil;ok mikrobun ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bilin&ccedil;siz kullan\u0131m\u0131n devam etmesi durumunda da insanlarda bo\u011faz ve kulak iltihaplar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 antibiyotiklerin etkili olamayaca\u011f\u0131 bildirilmektedir (13). Bu nedenlerle Avrupa Toplulu\u011fu &uuml;lkeleri ve &uuml;lkemiz antibiyotiklerin, hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tedavisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda geli\u015fmeyi ve yemden yararlanmay\u0131 uyar\u0131c\u0131 kullan\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (2). Anabolizanlar, yani hormon ve benzeri maddelerin de geli\u015fmeyi uyar\u0131c\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmalar\u0131 insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkilemektedir. Nitekim, s\u0131\u011f\u0131r besisinde kullan\u0131lan sentetik anabolizanlardan stilbenler grubunun insanlarda uygun b&uuml;nyelerde kansorejen ve gen yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bozan etkileri oldu\u011fu belirlendi\u011finden t&uuml;m &uuml;lkelerde yasakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir (9).\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nKonvansiyonel hayvansal &uuml;retimle ilgili t&uuml;m bu sorunlar yan\u0131nda; geli\u015fmi\u015f &uuml;lkelerde hayvan haklar\u0131na g&ouml;sterilen ilgi nedeniyle hayvan refah\u0131 (welfare) giderek toplumsal d&uuml;zeyde &ouml;nem kazanmaktad\u0131r. Hayvan refah\u0131, t\u0131pk\u0131 insanlardaki gibi hayvanlara da do\u011fal davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 yapabilece\u011fi; ekstrem hava ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan, stres yaralanma ve hastal\u0131klardan korunabilece\u011fi bir ortam\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ile yeterli beslenme olanaklar\u0131n\u0131n verilmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir (8). T&uuml;m bu nedenlerle son y\u0131llarda, konvansiyonel hayvansal &uuml;retim alternatifi olarak ekolojik hayvansal &uuml;retim &ouml;nerilmektedir (1). Bu &uuml;retim \u015feklinde, &ouml;ncelikle ekolojik bir s&uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, hayvan refah\u0131n\u0131 (welfare) da ekolojik bir yeti\u015ftirme ve besleme ile sa\u011flayarak, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 hayvanlardan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 &uuml;r&uuml;nler elde edilmesi ama&ccedil;lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n2. EKOLOJ\u0130K HAYVANSAL &Uuml;RET\u0130ME BA\u015eLAMA\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nEkolojik hayvansal &uuml;retim yapmak isteyen m&uuml;te\u015febbis &ouml;ncelikle Tar\u0131m ve K&ouml;yi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ekolojik Tar\u0131m Komitesi (ETK) taraf\u0131ndan &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma izni verilen herhangi bir Kontrol ve\/veya Sertifikasyon kurulu\u015funa dilek&ccedil;e ile ba\u015fvurur ve i\u015fletmesinden elde edece\u011fi &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin ekolojik olarak de\u011ferlendirebilmesi i&ccedil;in gerekli &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep eder. Kontrol kurulu\u015fu m&uuml;te\u015febbisten istedi\u011fi &ccedil;e\u015fitli bilgi ve belgeler yard\u0131m\u0131yla ba\u015fvurunun ekolojik &uuml;retim yapmaya uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verir ve bunu Ekolojik Tar\u0131m Komitesi&#39;ne bildirir. Kontrol kurulu\u015fu ekolojik &uuml;retim yapmas\u0131n\u0131 kabul etti\u011fi ve s&ouml;zle\u015fme yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m&uuml;te\u015febbisi Ge&ccedil;i\u015f s&uuml;recine al\u0131r, bu s&uuml;recin sonunda olumlu kanaat edinirse de m&uuml;te\u015febbisin Ekolojik &uuml;r&uuml;n etiketi kullanmas\u0131na izin verir. Ekolojik hayvansal &uuml;retime ba\u015flayan i\u015fletmelerde hayvanlara kimlik verilmeli, &uuml;retim s&uuml;resince de hayvanlar\u0131n giri\u015f ve &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile t&uuml;m tedavi uygulamalar\u0131 i&ccedil;in detayl\u0131 ve muntazam kay\u0131tlar tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r (3,4).\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n3. EKOLOJ\u0130K S&Uuml;R&Uuml;N&Uuml;N OLU\u015eTURULMASI\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n3.1. Ekolojik s&uuml;r&uuml; i&ccedil;in hayvan se&ccedil;imi\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nEkolojik hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta, dam\u0131zl\u0131k veya &uuml;retim i&ccedil;in &ccedil;evreye, iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131na ve hastal\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hayvanlar se&ccedil;ilmelidir. Bu nedenle, b&ouml;lgeye adapte olmu\u015f yerli \u0131rklar ve melezleri &ouml;ncelikle d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;n&uuml;lmelidir. Bu t&uuml;r bir hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta, genetik methodlarla hayvan \u0131slah\u0131na m&uuml;saade edilmedi\u011finden ekolojik bir s&uuml;r&uuml; olu\u015fturabilmek i&ccedil;in, genetik modifiye edilmi\u015f hayvanlar kullan\u0131lamaz (3,4,5).\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nEkolojik bir s&uuml;r&uuml; olu\u015fturabilmek i&ccedil;in, i\u015fletmeye d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan yani konvansiyonel i\u015fletmelerden getirilecek hayvanlar &ccedil;e\u015fitli y&ouml;netmelikler g&ouml;re &Ccedil;izelge 3.1&#39;de verildi\u011fi gibi belli bir ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n&Ccedil;izelge 3.1.
