Aksi halde toprak gittik&ccedil;e verimsizle\u015fecek ve elde edilen &uuml;r&uuml;n g&uuml;n ge&ccedil;tik&ccedil;e azalacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte birim &uuml;r&uuml;nden daha fazla &uuml;r&uuml;n elde etmek ve topraktan bitkilerin kald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 besin maddelerini iade etmek amac\u0131yla topra\u011fa organik ve inorganik maddelerin ilave edilmesine g&uuml;breleme denir. Organik ve mineral g&uuml;breler topra\u011fa uygulanabildikleri gibi toprak &uuml;st&uuml; aksamlara, &ouml;zellikle bitkilerin yapraklar\u0131na da uygulanabilmektedir. Yani bitkilerin pirimer besin alma organlar\u0131 k&ouml;kleridir. Sekonder olarak ta yapraklar ve s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olsa da di\u011fer toprak &uuml;st&uuml; aksamlar\u0131ndan besin maddesi alabilmektedir.<\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Yapraklar ve di\u011fer toprak &uuml;st&uuml; organlar bir yandan fotosentez i\u015flemlerini s&uuml;rd&uuml;r&uuml;rken di\u011fer yandan da suda &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;lm&uuml;\u015f organik ve inorganik maddeleri iyon \u015feklinde &uuml;re ve metal kleytler gibi maddeleri molek&uuml;l \u015feklinde ve CO2, O2 ve SO2 gibi besin maddelerini de gaz halinde absorbe ederler.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Yapraklardan &ouml;zellikle N, P, K gibi makro besin elementlerinin p&uuml;sk&uuml;rt&uuml;lerek verilmesi pek ekonomik ve yayg\u0131n de\u011fildir. Zira yapraklar\u0131n absorbsiyon h\u0131zlar\u0131 son derece d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;kt&uuml;r ve bitkinin ihtiya&ccedil; duydu\u011fu besin elementi yan\u0131nda son derece s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kal\u0131r. Ger&ccedil;i son y\u0131llarda topraktan g&uuml;brelemeye destek olarak &ouml;zellikle &uuml;re uygulamas\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ancak tek ba\u015f\u0131na yapraktan uygulamak yeterli de\u011fildir. Bu sebeple bitkilere yapraktan daha az ihtiya&ccedil; duyduklar\u0131 mikro besin elementlerinin verilmesi daha uygun ve daha yayg\u0131nd\u0131r. <\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Sonu&ccedil; olarak g&uuml;brelerin bitki toprak &uuml;st&uuml; kesimlerine genellikle s\u0131v\u0131 bi&ccedil;imde ve p&uuml;sk&uuml;rt&uuml;lerek uygulanmalar\u0131na yaprak g&uuml;brelemesi denir. Bitkilerin yapraklar\u0131na p&uuml;sk&uuml;rt&uuml;lerek verilen ve i&ccedil;inde bir veya birden fazla bitki besin elementi bulunan &ccedil;&ouml;zeltilere de yaprak g&uuml;breleri denir. <\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"><u>2. Yapraklardan Besin Maddesi Al\u0131m\u0131<\/u><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Yaprak ayas\u0131n\u0131n 1cm2 sinde 20-40 cm boyunda 150-300 tane g&ouml;zenek bulunmaktad\u0131r. Yapraklardaki hava bo\u015fluklar\u0131n\u0131n kutin ile kapl\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve i&ccedil;inde gaz bulunmas\u0131 yapra\u011fa verilen besin maddelerinin i&ccedil;eri girmesine engel olu\u015fturur. Tranprasyonla su ve salg\u0131lanan maddelerin di\u015far\u0131 at\u0131lmas\u0131 g&ouml;zenekler yoluyla ger&ccedil;ekle\u015fti\u011finden verilen besin maddelerinde ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde g&ouml;zeneklerle yapra\u011fa girdi\u011fi kabul edilmektedir.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Bitki besin elementleri 3 yolla yapra\u011fa girerler.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">1. Yapra\u011f\u0131n \u0131slat\u0131lmas\u0131yla kutikula tabakas\u0131 \u0131slan\u0131r ve kutin kabarmaya ba\u015flayarak geni\u015fler (\u015eekil 1) b&ouml;ylece kutikula tabakas\u0131nda bulunana mumsu tanecikler aras\u0131ndaki aral\u0131k b&uuml;y&uuml;r. Ve besin maddeleri diffizyon yoluyla h&uuml;cre duvarlar\u0131ndan i&ccedil;eriye girerler. Konsantrasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n az yada &ccedil;ok olu\u015fu ta\u015f\u0131nman\u0131n aktif yada pasif \u015fekilde olmas\u0131n\u0131 tayin eder. D&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k konsantrasyonlarda aktif \u015fekilde y&uuml;ksek konsantrasyonlarda ise pasif \u015fekilde ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131rlar. Yava\u015f al\u0131nan besin maddelerinin bitkideki konsantrasyonu d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k olaca\u011f\u0131ndan ta\u015f\u0131nma daha kolay olur. H\u0131zl\u0131 al\u0131nan besin elementlerinin h&uuml;credeki konsantrasyonu artaca\u011f\u0131ndan di\u011fer besin maddelerinin al\u0131m\u0131nda engellenmesi, ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n g&uuml;&ccedil; olmas\u0131, bununla birlikte toksik etki g&ouml;stermesi s&ouml;z konusudur.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Besin elementlerinin yapraktan al\u0131nma h\u0131zlar\u0131 ve bitkilerdeki hareketlilikleri Tablo 1 de g&ouml;r&uuml;lmektedir. &Ouml;te yandan besin elementlerinin &ccedil;e\u015fitli bitkilerden y&uuml;zde 50 sinin absorbe edilmesi i&ccedil;in ge&ccedil;en s&uuml;rede Tablo 2 de verilmi\u015ftir.
