Bak\u0131m ve Maliyet (Gider)<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAyd\u0131nlatma tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n uygulamadan sonraki s&uuml;recinde d\u0131\u015f ayd\u0131nlatmada yer alan ayd\u0131nlatma ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n ve ayg\u0131tlarda kullan\u0131lan lambalar\u0131n bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n d&uuml;zenli bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 mek&acirc;nlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131nda s&uuml;reklili\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan ve enerji ve \u0131\u015f\u0131k kayb\u0131n\u0131n &ouml;nlenmesi a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan &ouml;nemlidir. Ayd\u0131nlatmada kullan\u0131lan lambalar\u0131n &ouml;m&uuml;rlerinin azalmas\u0131, ayd\u0131nl\u0131k d&uuml;zeyinde azalmaya neden olaca\u011f\u0131ndan yenileri ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilmeleri gerekmektedir. Lambalar\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131k veriminde, \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n geri veriminde ve y&uuml;zeylerden yans\u0131yan \u0131\u015f\u0131k oran\u0131nda bak\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k nedeni ile &ouml;nemli azalmalar olmaktad\u0131r (Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, 2001).\n<\/p>\n<p> Ayd\u0131nlatma ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n vandalizmden daha az zarar g&ouml;rmesini sa\u011flamak i&ccedil;in k&ouml;t&uuml; kullan\u0131ma kar\u015f\u0131 yeteri kadar dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131na dikkat edilmeli veya ula\u015f\u0131lamayacak olanlar\u0131 se&ccedil;ilmelidir. Ayd\u0131nlatma ayg\u0131tlar\u0131ndaki direk y&uuml;ksekli\u011finde &ccedil;al\u0131nma ve tahribat problemi dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m ise daha ekonomik olanlar\u0131n\u0131n tercih edilmesi olabilir (Harris ve Dinnes,1988). <\/p>\n<p>\nAyd\u0131nlatma yetersizli\u011fi vandalizmi olu\u015fturan nedenlerden say\u0131labilir. Ayd\u0131nlatman\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu k\u0131s\u0131mlarda vandalizm etkisiz ya da daha az etkiliyken ayd\u0131nlatman\u0131n yetersiz oldu\u011fu k\u0131s\u0131mlarda etki oran\u0131 artmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle ayd\u0131nlatma elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131lar\u0131, yerle\u015fimi ve yeterli ayd\u0131nl\u0131k d&uuml;zeyinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 &ouml;nemlidir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>2. Ayd\u0131nlatmada Verimlilik<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBir ayd\u0131nlatma sisteminin verimi; kaynak verimi, ayg\u0131t verimi ve ayd\u0131nlatma verimi olmak &uuml;zere &uuml;&ccedil; a\u015famada incelenebilir. Ayd\u0131nlatma s&uuml;recinin her a\u015famas\u0131nda meydana gelen kay\u0131plar\u0131n katlanarak b&uuml;y&uuml;d&uuml;\u011f&uuml; d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;n&uuml;l&uuml;rse, bu &uuml;&ccedil; a\u015famada da maksimum verimi elde edecek tercihler yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nG&uuml;venlik amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan ayd\u0131nlatman\u0131n kalitesi y&uuml;ksek ve ayd\u0131nl\u0131k d&uuml;zeyleri &ouml;nerilen standartlara uygun olmal\u0131d\u0131r. I\u015f\u0131k ka&ccedil;\u0131\u015f\u0131, ayg\u0131t y&uuml;ksek a&ccedil;\u0131larda &ccedil;ok fazla \u0131\u015f\u0131k yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ya da \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmak istenen alan d\u0131\u015f\u0131na y&ouml;nlendirdi\u011finde meydana gelir. I\u015f\u0131k ka&ccedil;\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmek i&ccedil;in d\u0131\u015f ayd\u0131nlatmada al\u0131nabilecek &ouml;nlemler \u015f&ouml;yle s\u0131ralanabilmektedir\n<\/p>\n<p>\na. Ayd\u0131nlatma tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 alan etraf\u0131ndaki kom\u015fu alanlar\u0131 et&uuml;t etmek ve potansiyel problemleri dikkate almak,\n<\/p>\n<p>\nb.
