Bunun nedeni farkl\u0131 bitkilerden gelen polen tozu neticesi melez bitkiler ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kar. &Uuml;st&uuml;n vas\u0131fl\u0131 bitkileri kendi &ouml;zelliklerini bozmadan &ccedil;o\u011faltmak i&ccedil;in a\u015f\u0131lama yapmak gerekir.<br \/>\n A\u015f\u0131 nedir?<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &Ccedil;o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fimiz herhangi bir meyve &ccedil;e\u015fidinin g&ouml;z veya dal\u0131ndan bir par&ccedil;as\u0131n\u0131 &lsquo;ana&ccedil;&rsquo; denilen bitki &uuml;zerine yerle\u015ftirerek kayna\u015ft\u0131rma i\u015fine denir.
