Bunun sebebi, medeni ve etkin \u015fekilde y&uuml;zle\u015fmeyi bilmemeleridir. Bir ki\u015fi ile veya durumla ilgili kronik stres ya\u015f\u0131yorsan\u0131z, y&uuml;zle\u015fme kontrol&uuml; sa\u011flamak ve stresi y&ouml;netmek a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan m&uuml;kemmel bir y&ouml;ntemdir.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sand\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Yeni &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m i\u015f yerindeki g&uuml;venlik g&ouml;revlisi ile daha ilk g&uuml;n sorun ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Kendi kendime &ldquo;kim bilir bu g&uuml;n ne t&uuml;r sorun ya\u015fad\u0131. Hepimizin ba\u015f\u0131na gelebilir&rdquo; diye d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nerek &uuml;zerinde durmad\u0131m. Fakat bu durum sonraki g&uuml;nlerde de devam etti\u011fini fark ettim. \u0130\u015fte o zaman, belli etmeden bu arkada\u015f\u0131 g&ouml;zlemledim; di\u011fer gelen kimselere de yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak ayn\u0131 tavr\u0131 g&ouml;sterdi\u011fini fark ettim.
