Hindistan cevizi (<em>Cocos nucifera<\/em>) ile ayn\u0131 aileden (<strong>Arecaceae<\/strong> (Palmiyegiller)) olan hurman\u0131n bilim yaz\u0131n\u0131nda <strong>163<\/strong> adet etken maddesi (faydal\u0131 molek&uuml;l) bulunmu\u015f, bu etken maddelerin ise<span>&nbsp; <\/span><strong>42<\/strong> adet faydas\u0131n\u0131n &ouml;ne &ccedil;\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hepsini burda teker teker yaz\u0131p, vaktinizi almayaca\u011f\u0131m. Etli k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki &ouml;l&ccedil;&uuml;len \u015feker oran\u0131 380000-850000 ppm dolaylar\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u015eeker oran\u0131 &ouml;l&ccedil;&uuml;len y&uuml;z(100) &uuml;n &uuml;zerinde bitki t&uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;n aras\u0131nda hurma; ihtiva etti\u011fi \u015feker oran\u0131 ile 2. s\u0131rada yer almaktad\u0131r. Hurma meyvesindeki bu toplam protein oran\u0131n\u0131n 9000 ppm-43000 ppm aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik g&ouml;sterdi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla sabittir.<strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">Aminoasitlerden Triptofan; halk\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda &#8220;titizlik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; ya da&#8221; temizlik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; olarak da bilinen <strong>Obsesif-Kompulsif Bozuklu\u011fun <\/strong>giderilmesinde olduk&ccedil;a faydal\u0131d\u0131r. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; Triptofan amino asiti; enzimler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla Serotonin hormonuna d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r&uuml;lmektedir. Serotonin hormonu almak ayr\u0131ca; baz\u0131 tip depresyonlar\u0131n tedavilerinde de olumlu etkiler g&ouml;stermi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 Psikiyatristlerimiz daha iyi bilirler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">Kolesterol t&uuml;revi olarak ise hi&ccedil;bir bile\u015fik i&ccedil;ermeyen hurma; b&uuml;nyesinde doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitleri olarak <strong>Linoleik asit<\/strong>(6000-10000 ppm), <strong>Oleik asit<\/strong>(27000-51000 ppm), doymu\u015f ya\u011f asitleri olarak ise <strong>Palmitik asit<\/strong>(15000-25000 ppm), <strong>Stearik asit<\/strong>(3000-10000 ppm), <strong>Laurik asit<\/strong>(4800-54000 ppm) ve <strong>Miristik asit<\/strong>(2400-4000 ppm) bulundurmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">&Ccedil;oklu doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitlerinden olan Linoleik asitin en kaliteli ya\u011f asitlerinden oldu\u011funu s&ouml;ylememizde fayda var. Ayr\u0131ca bu ya\u011f asiti; Kolza&#8217;da y&uuml;ksek miktarda mevcuttur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">Mineral olarak; bir <strong>tansiyon d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;r&uuml;c&uuml;<\/strong> olan <strong>Potasyum<\/strong>(6250-8780 ppm), <strong>kemik ge<\/strong>l<strong>i\u015fimi<\/strong>nde vazge&ccedil;ilmez olan <strong>Fosfor<\/strong>(370-8795 ppm) ve <strong>Kalsiyum<\/strong>(140-2000 ppm) bulunmaktad\u0131r. Fakat g&uuml;nde birka&ccedil; tane hurma yemekle bu yan etkiler g&ouml;r&uuml;lmez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">&Ccedil;ok az miktarda da <strong>Serotonin<\/strong> bulunan (8-9 ppm) hurmadaki triptofan miktar\u0131n\u0131 da yukar\u0131da belirtmi\u015ftim. Obsesif Kompulsif Bozuklu\u011fun olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi Serotonin eksikli\u011fidir. Triptofan ise; Serotonin hormonuna kolayca &ccedil;evrilebilen bir aminoasittir.Triptofan; hurman\u0131n i&ccedil;erisinde bulunan ayr\u0131 bir<span>&nbsp; <\/span>\u015fifa kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak bu aminoasit; <em>Halianthus annuus<\/em> (Ay&ccedil;i&ccedil;e\u011fi) tohumlar\u0131nda, hurmadaki miktar\u0131na k\u0131yasla yakla\u015f\u0131k 25 kat daha fazlad\u0131r(7037-15900 ppm) ve ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan t&uuml;rler aras\u0131nda ay&ccedil;i&ccedil;e\u011fi; en &ccedil;ok triptofan molek&uuml;l&uuml;ne sahip olan t&uuml;rd&uuml;r. <span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>Griffonia<\/em> isimli Afrika k\u0131tas\u0131nda tabii olarak yeti\u015fen bir a\u011fac\u0131n tohumunda da olduk&ccedil;a y&uuml;ksek miktarda <em>5-HTP<\/em> (5-Hidroksi triptofan)bulundu\u011fu bilinmektedir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">NOT: 5-HTP; Triptofan\u0131n aktif halidir, normal bir aminoasitin sindirim mekanizmas\u0131nda triptofan; &ccedil;e\u015fitli enzimler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla triptamine ve 5-HTP&#8217; ye &ccedil;evrilir, ard\u0131ndan 5-HTP; Serotonine d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r&uuml;l&uuml;r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">Bunun yan\u0131nda triptofan\u0131n <strong>sakinle\u015ftirici<\/strong> &ouml;zelli\u011finin bulundu\u011funu da s&ouml;ylemeden ge&ccedil;meyelim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">Bulundurdu\u011fu <strong>lif<\/strong> (fiber, posa) sayesinde hurman\u0131n <strong>laksatif<\/strong>(ishal yap\u0131c\u0131), <strong>di&uuml;retik<\/strong>, <strong>kolesterol ve tansiyon d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;r&uuml;c&uuml; <\/strong>&ouml;zelliklerinin bulundu\u011funun bilinmesinde de fayda var.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman TUR','serif';\">Hurma; ihtiva etti\u011fi <strong>Beta Karoten<\/strong> sayesinde (1-3,6 ppm) <strong>g&ouml;z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z<\/strong> i&ccedil;in de faydal\u0131d\u0131r.Hurman\u0131n bu &ouml;zelli\u011fi ise;
