Mikroorganizmalar\u0131n tar\u0131mda biyolojik g&uuml;bre olarak kullan\u0131m\u0131 i&ccedil;in yeni kombinasyonlar\u0131n ortaya konulmas\u0131, &ccedil;ok &ouml;nemli sonu&ccedil;lar do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. Biyolojik g&uuml;bre olarak fosfat bakterilerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile tar\u0131msal &uuml;retimin % 10-15 oranda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir&ccedil;ok ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan g&ouml;zlenmi\u015ftir<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\">Bitki rizosferi yo\u011fun mikrobiyal etkinlilerin oldu\u011fu bir b&ouml;lgedir. PCPR bakterileri olarak bilinen ve bitki geli\u015fimini uyaran bu bakteriler,besinlerin al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rma patojen organizmalar\u0131n zararl\u0131 etkilerini en aza indirmektedir. Simbiyotik Olmayan Azot Bakterilerinin <br \/>\nen &ouml;nemlileri Azotobacter ve Bacilus t&uuml;r&uuml; bakterilerdir. Bu bakteri t&uuml;rleri &ccedil;ok say\u0131daki organik maddeyi enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 <span>&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\nolarak kullanmaktad\u0131rlar. <u><o:p><\/o:p><\/u><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman\">AZOTOBACTERLER <br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Aerobik bakterilerdir Bazen &Ccedil;ubuk bazen de yuvarlak \u015fekilde g&ouml;r&uuml;l&uuml;rler. Ekseriya hareketlidirler. Endospor ihtiva etmezler Fakat baz\u0131 t&uuml;rler, kal\u0131n duyarl\u0131 mikrosist olu\u015ftururlar. H&uuml;creler genellikle gram negatiftir. Uygun karbonhidrat veya di\u011fer enerji kaynaklar\u0131 bulundu\u011fu takdirde aerobik \u015fartlarda atmosferik azotu tespit etme g&uuml;c&uuml;ne sahiptirler. Bir gram \u015fekerin par&ccedil;alanmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k 10-20 mg azot tespit ederler. Biyolojik olarak kontrol edilen mineralizasyon ve immobilizasyon oran\u0131 fosfor elveri\u015flili\u011fini belirlemektedir. &Ccedil;o\u011fu durumda toprakta fosfor miktar\u0131 yeterli olsa veya d&uuml;zenli olarak g&uuml;breleme yap\u0131lsa dahi, bitkilerce al\u0131m etkinli\u011fi d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k olmaktad\u0131r. Baz\u0131 bakteriler, organik asit salg\u0131lar\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 mekanizmalarla inorganik fosfor &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;n&uuml;rl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;n&uuml; art\u0131rarak al\u0131nabilir forma d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;rmekte, bitki geli\u015fmesini te\u015fvik etmekte ve di\u011fer minerallerin al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. <br \/>\nToprakta genellikle &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;nemez formda oldu\u011fu i&ccedil;in y&uuml;ksek verim i&ccedil;in al\u0131nabilir fosfor genellikle yetersizdir. G&uuml;bre olarak uygulanan inorganik fosforun da b&uuml;y&uuml;k bir k\u0131sm\u0131 uygulamadan sonra bitkilerce al\u0131namaz \u015fekle d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015fmektedir.
