Avrupa Birli\u011fi s&uuml;t kalitesine &ouml;nem veren bir topluluk olup (Anonim, 2005),<span>&nbsp; <\/span>dikkat edilen &ouml;nemli konulardan birisi de <span style=\"color: black\">s&uuml;tte bulunan toplam bakteri y&uuml;k&uuml; ve somatik h&uuml;cre say\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kriterlere uymayan s&uuml;tlerin AB pazar\u0131na sunulmas\u0131 kesinlikle yasakt\u0131r. T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;de bakteri y&uuml;k&uuml; ve somatik h&uuml;cre say\u0131s\u0131 AB kriterlerinin &ccedil;ok &uuml;zerinde (K\u0131l\u0131n&ccedil;, 2005) olmas\u0131 sebebiyle <\/span>Avrupa&#8217;ya s&uuml;t ve s&uuml;t &uuml;r&uuml;nleri ihracat\u0131 yeterince yap\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r (Anonim, 2007a). Bu sebeple, s&uuml;t i\u015fleyen &uuml;nitelerde toplam bakteri ve somatik h&uuml;cre say\u0131lar\u0131na g&ouml;re prim-ceza sistemi uygulanmaktad\u0131r<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n H&uuml;k&uuml;met de bu y&ouml;nde &ouml;zendirici kararlar alm\u0131\u015f olup, destekleme ve d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k faizli krediler ortaya koymu\u015ftur.<o:p><\/o:p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi standartlar\u0131na g&ouml;re somatik h&uuml;cre say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n &uuml;st s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 mililitrede 200.000 dir.&nbsp; S&uuml;tteki SHS d&uuml;zeyi 200.000 h&uuml;cre\/ml &uuml;zerinde olmas\u0131 anormal olarak kabul edilir ve memede olas\u0131 bir yang\u0131n\u0131n g&ouml;stergesi olarak de\u011ferlendirilir (Harmon, 2001; Haas ve ark. 2002; Shoshani, 1999). &nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>SHS Ekonomik &Ouml;nemi<o:p><\/o:p>S&uuml;tte bulunan somatik h&uuml;cre say\u0131s\u0131 (SHS), meme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s&uuml;t&uuml;n kalitesinin bir g&ouml;stergesi olup (Yal&ccedil;\u0131n ve ark., 2000; Barkema ve ark. 1999), gizli mastitisinde en &ouml;nemli bir indikat&ouml;r&uuml;d&uuml;r (Omore ve ark. 1999; Shoshani, 1999; Tsenkova ve ark. 2001; G&ouml;nc&uuml; ve &Ouml;zk&uuml;t&uuml;k, 2002; Eyduran , 2002; Ligda ve ark. 2002).<o:p><\/o:p>S&uuml;t&uuml;n i&ccedil;eri\u011findeki bakteri say\u0131s\u0131 ve bununla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kan v&uuml;cut (somatik) h&uuml;cresi say\u0131s\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f ile s&uuml;t&uuml;n miktar\u0131nda meydana gelen azalma i\u015fletme ekonomisine, s&uuml;t&uuml;n kalitesinde meydana getirdi\u011fi gerileme ile de s&uuml;t sanayicisinin peynir &uuml;retimine b&uuml;y&uuml;k darbeler vurmaktad\u0131r. Bu a&ccedil;\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, v&uuml;cut h&uuml;cresi (somatik) say\u0131s\u0131, s&uuml;t&uuml;n kalitesini belirlemede &ouml;nemli bir fakt&ouml;r olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za &ccedil;\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp; &Ccedil;e\u015fitli &uuml;lkelerde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar modern s&uuml;t s\u0131\u011f\u0131rc\u0131l\u0131k i\u015fletmelerinde endemik olarak seyreden hayvan hastal\u0131klar\u0131 i&ccedil;erisinde en fazla ekonomik kayb\u0131n mastitis, &ouml;zellikle subklinik mastitis nedeniyle (mastitisten kaynaklanan ekonomik kay\u0131plar\u0131n %70&#8217;i) meydana geldi\u011fini ortaya koymu\u015ftur ((Blosser, 1977; Booth, 1989; Howard ve ark. 1991; Yal&ccedil;\u0131n, 1999)<o:p><\/o:p>T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;de subklinik mastitis problemin gerek &uuml;retici gerekse ulusal d&uuml;zeyde hala ciddiye al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f olup, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve meydana getirdi\u011fi ekonomik kay\u0131plar\u0131n tespitine y&ouml;nelik ekonometrik &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yeterli d&uuml;zeyde de\u011fildir. Subklinik mastitisten kaynaklanan kay\u0131plar\u0131n T&uuml;rkiye saha \u015fartlar\u0131nda belirlenmesi g&ouml;zle g&ouml;r&uuml;lmedi\u011fi i&ccedil;in halen pek &ccedil;ok &uuml;retici taraf\u0131ndan ihmal edilen bu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ekonomik &ouml;neminin ortaya konmas\u0131nda olduk&ccedil;a &ouml;nemlidir. Ancak &uuml;lkemizde s&uuml;t s\u0131\u011f\u0131rc\u0131l\u0131k i\u015fletmelerinin genellikle k&uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;k &ouml;l&ccedil;ekli aile i\u015fletmesi \u015feklinde olmas\u0131 nedeniyle s&uuml;t &uuml;retimine ait i\u015fletme kay\u0131tlan mevcut olmamakta, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla &uuml;reticinin beyan\u0131na g&uuml;venmek zorunda kal\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. <o:p><\/o:p>Somatik h&uuml;cre say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y&uuml;ksekli\u011fine g&ouml;re s&uuml;t kayb\u0131 % 5-25 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fir (Anonim, 2007b). Mastitis, &ouml;zellikle de subklinik formu, s&uuml;t s\u0131\u011f\u0131r\u0131 i\u015fletmelerinde &ouml;nemli ekonomik kay\u0131plara neden olmakta (Omore ve ark. 1999; Yal&ccedil;\u0131n, 2000; Ligda ve ark. 2002; Uzmay ve ark., 2002) ve &ouml;zellikle&nbsp; subklinik mastitislerin direkt tan\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r (Yal&ccedil;\u0131n ve ark., 2000).&nbsp; <o:p><\/o:p>Yal&ccedil;\u0131n ve ark.(2001) Beypazar\u0131 ve Nall\u0131han \u0130l&ccedil;elerinde s&uuml;t s\u0131\u011f\u0131rc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fletmelerinden yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmada, s&uuml;t verimi ve SHS aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin negatif y&ouml;nde oldu\u011funu ve InSHS&#8217;de 1 &uuml;nite art\u0131\u015ftan kaynaklanan 0.7 l\/inek\/g&uuml;nl&uuml;k s&uuml;t verim kayb\u0131 oldu\u011funu bildirmi\u015flerdir.<o:p><\/o:p>Yal&ccedil;\u0131n ve ark.(2000b), yeni do\u011fum yapm\u0131\u015f d&uuml;velerde subklinik mastitis vakalar\u0131n\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu s&uuml;t verim kayb\u0131n\u0131n yaz mevsiminde hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u015fiddetine g&ouml;re 1.3-1.8 kg\/inek\/g&uuml;n (% 6-8) aras\u0131nda olurken, k\u0131\u015f mevsiminde bu kay\u0131plar\u0131n 5.42-7.23 kg\/inek\/g&uuml;n (% 24-32)&rsquo;e y&uuml;kseldi\u011fi; s&uuml;t verim kayb\u0131n\u0131n ileri laktasyon ya\u015flar\u0131nda&nbsp; yaz mevsiminde 6.9-9.2 kg\/inek\/g&uuml;n (% 30.5-40.6) aras\u0131nda,&nbsp; k\u0131\u015f mevsiminde ise 10.9-14.6kg\/inek\/g&uuml;n (% 48.5-64.7) aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi bildirmi\u015ftir.<o:p><\/o:p>Yal&ccedil;\u0131n ve ark.(2000a) lnSHS d&uuml;zeyinde 1 &uuml;nite art\u0131\u015ftan meydana gelen ortalama s&uuml;t verim kayb\u0131n\u0131n 1,53 kg\/g&uuml;n\/inek oldu\u011funu bildirmi\u015flerdir.<o:p><\/o:p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>Sa\u011f\u0131m &Ouml;ncesinde Al\u0131nacak &Ouml;nlemler<o:p><\/o:p>1. Meme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d&uuml;zenli olarak kontrol ediniz : Meme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s&uuml;t kalitesi kontrolleri d&uuml;zenli olarak takip edilmelidir. &nbsp;Somatik H&uuml;cre &ouml;l&ccedil;&uuml;m cihaz\u0131 kullan\u0131larak veya CMT kullan\u0131larak test edilebilir. Her inek i&ccedil;in meme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d&uuml;zenli olarak takip edilmelidir.<o:p><\/o:p>2. Sa\u011f\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131n\u0131 d&uuml;zenleyiniz : &#8211; Sa\u011f\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131n\u0131 d&uuml;zenleyiniz. &Ouml;nce gen&ccedil;, sonra ya\u015fl\u0131, en son tedavi g&ouml;rm&uuml;\u015f inekler sa\u011f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. &#8211;&nbsp;Hasta inekler en son sa\u011f\u0131lmal\u0131 ve sa\u011f\u0131m sistemi hemen y\u0131kanmal\u0131, dezenfekte edilmelidir. <o:p><\/o:p>3. Her zaman &ouml;n sa\u011f\u0131m&nbsp; yap\u0131n\u0131z : &#8211;&nbsp;Sa\u011f\u0131m ba\u015flamadan &ouml;nce her meme ba\u015f\u0131ndan bir miktar kaba s&uuml;t sa\u011f\u0131larak s&uuml;t kontrol edilmelidir.&nbsp; Bir sonraki grup sa\u011f\u0131ma girmeden &ouml;nce sa\u011f\u0131mhane zemini y\u0131kanmal\u0131d\u0131r. &#8211;&nbsp;&Ouml;n sa\u011f\u0131m, meme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s&uuml;t kalitesi ile ilgili g&uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml; sinyaller verir. Hastal\u0131k tespitini sa\u011flar ve anormal s&uuml;t&uuml;n tanka gitmesini engeller.<o:p><\/o:p>4. Memeleri dikkatle temizleyiniz &nbsp;: Sa\u011f\u0131m &ouml;ncesi temizlenmi\u015f ve kurulanm\u0131\u015f meme, mastitis kontrol&uuml; ve y&uuml;ksek kalitede s&uuml;t &uuml;retmek i&ccedil;in &ouml;nemlidir. Meme ba\u015f\u0131 temizli\u011fi i&ccedil;in onaylanm\u0131\u015f kimyasallar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Her meme ucunun temizlenmesi i&ccedil;in ayr\u0131 bir ka\u011f\u0131t veya tekstil havlusu kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer tekstil havlusu kullan\u0131l\u0131yor ise her sa\u011f\u0131m sonras\u0131 havlular <o:p><\/o:p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>Sa\u011f\u0131m S\u0131ras\u0131nda Al\u0131nacak &Ouml;nlemler<o:p><\/o:p>5.
