Ayr\u0131ca hava ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 u&ccedil;aklarla, deniz ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gemilerle yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum b&ouml;yle gelmi\u015f, b&ouml;yle gitmektedir. Mevcut ula\u015f\u0131m, ula\u015ft\u0131rma, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sistemi etkin ve s&uuml;rd&uuml;r&uuml;lebilir de\u011fildir. Yaral\u0131lar\u0131n y&uuml;zde 5&#8217;i daimi sakatl\u0131k y&uuml;zde 15\u0092i de ge&ccedil;ici sakatl\u0131k ya\u015f\u0131yor. Suya ya\u015famak i&ccedil;in ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011fu ve belki bir s&uuml;re sonra su i&ccedil;in sava\u015flar olaca\u011f\u0131 a&ccedil;\u0131kt\u0131r.
