Ahududu genel olarak so\u011fuk, \u0131l\u0131man iklim b&ouml;lgelerinin bitkileridir. Ancak baz\u0131 &ccedil;e\u015fitleri s\u0131cak \u0131l\u0131man iklim b&ouml;lgelerine adapte olabilmektedirler. Makinal\u0131 hasada uygun, hem sofral\u0131k hem de sanayide i\u015flemeye uygun bir &ccedil;e\u015fittir. Makineli hasada uygundur. S\u0131cak b&ouml;lgelerde yeti\u015ftirildi\u011finde sonbahar &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml; al\u0131nabilmektedir. K\u0131\u015flar\u0131 sert ge&ccedil;en b&ouml;lgelerde ilkbaharda s&ouml;k&uuml;m daha uygundur.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; K&ouml;k s&uuml;rg&uuml;nleri ile fidan &uuml;retiminde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ana bitkiler ile, gerekir ise sterilize edilmi\u015f alanlarda dam\u0131zl\u0131klar kurulur. Bu dam\u0131zl\u0131klarda bak\u0131m en iyi \u015fekilde yap\u0131l\u0131r. Meyve dalc\u0131klar\u0131 hen&uuml;z &ccedil;i&ccedil;ekte iken kesilir ve her 4-5 y\u0131lda bir, fidanl\u0131k yeri de\u011fi\u015ftirilmelidir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; K&ouml;k &ccedil;elikleri ile fidan &uuml;retimi <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ahududu bitkilerinin g&ouml;vde &ccedil;elikleri ile &uuml;retimi m&uuml;mk&uuml;n olmamakla beraber k&ouml;k &ccedil;elikleri ile fidan &uuml;retimi sa\u011flanabilmektedir. K&ouml;k &ccedil;elikleri sonbaharda yaprak d&ouml;k&uuml;m&uuml;nden, ilkbaharda g&ouml;zlerin s&uuml;rmesine kadar ge&ccedil;en dinlenme d&ouml;neminde al\u0131n\u0131rlar. 2 mm&rsquo;den 10 mm&rsquo;ye kadar de\u011fi\u015fen kal\u0131nl\u0131klarda k&ouml;k par&ccedil;alar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131l\u0131r. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &Ccedil;elikler 5-10 cm boyunda haz\u0131rlan\u0131rlar. K&ouml;k par&ccedil;alar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131p &ccedil;elik yap\u0131lmalar\u0131 ve dikilmelerine kadar, &ccedil;ok nemli ortamlarda tutulmalar\u0131 ve kurumalar\u0131n\u0131n &ouml;nlenmesi gerekir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; K&ouml;k &ccedil;elikleri arazide 60-80 cm aral\u0131klarla ve 3-5cm derinlikte a&ccedil;\u0131lan &ccedil;izilere yan yana ve yatay olarak dizilir &uuml;stleri toprak ile kapat\u0131l\u0131r. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &Ccedil;eliklerin dikildi\u011fi yer hafif b&uuml;nyeli, organik ve ticari g&uuml;brelerle zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
