K&uuml;lt&uuml;r formlar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan en &ouml;nemli t&uuml;rler ise, Artvin&rsquo;den K\u0131rklareli&rsquo;ne kadar uzanan Kuzey Anadolu Da\u011flar\u0131 ve Kuzey ge&ccedil;it b&ouml;lgelerinde yo\u011fun olarak bulunur. K&uuml;lt&uuml;re al\u0131nma tarihi 2500 y\u0131l &ouml;ncelerine kadar uzanan f\u0131nd\u0131ktan, Enophen, \u0130sa&rsquo;dan &ouml;nce 400 y\u0131llar\u0131nda Kuzey Anadolu&rsquo;da Kerasus&rsquo;da (Giresun) &ldquo;pontus yemi\u015fi&rdquo; ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fi ufak bir meyve diye bahsetmektedir. Bu kadar eski k&uuml;lt&uuml;r izine rastlanmas\u0131 sonucu, f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n anavatan\u0131n\u0131n yurdumuzun Karadeniz B&ouml;lgesi oldu\u011fu ve k&uuml;lt&uuml;r f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d&uuml;nyaya buradan yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilmektedir. Bu meyvenin 600 y\u0131ldan beri ticareti yap\u0131lmakta olup, &uuml;lkemizde ticarete konu olan 16 &ccedil;e\u015fit f\u0131nd\u0131k mevcuttur.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ekonomik anlamda f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;retimi; Giresun, Ordu, Trabzon, Rize ve Artvin \u0130llerini kapsayan Do\u011fu Karadeniz B&ouml;lgesi ile Orta ve Bat\u0131 Karadeniz B&ouml;lgesindeki Samsun, Sinop, Kastamonu, D&uuml;zce, Sakarya, Bart\u0131n, Zonguldak ve Kocaeli olmak &uuml;zere toplam 13 \u0130lde yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <br \/>\n De\u011fi\u015fik &uuml;retim b&ouml;lgelerimizde farkl\u0131 yo\u011funlukta olmak &uuml;zere Tombul, Palaz, &Ccedil;ak\u0131ldak, Fo\u015fa, Mincane, Kal\u0131nkara, Uzunmusa, Kan, Kargalak, Cavcava, Sivri, \u0130ncekara, Ac\u0131, Ku\u015f, Yuvarlak Badem, ve Yass\u0131 Badem f\u0131nd\u0131k &ccedil;e\u015fitleri yeti\u015ftirilmektedir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; F\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n &uuml;retimi ile (yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 000 &ccedil;ift&ccedil;i ailesi) 2.000.000 ki\u015fi do\u011frudan ilgilenmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;n sanayi, pazarlama a\u015famalar\u0131 ile ilgilenenler de dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, bu &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;n yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 5.000.000 ki\u015fiye istihdam imkan\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilebilir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &Ouml;nemli bir ihra&ccedil; &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;z olan f\u0131nd\u0131k; her y\u0131l 80 farkl\u0131 &uuml;lkeye, ortalama 400.000 ton dolay\u0131nda ihra&ccedil; edilmekte ve bu ihracattan 700.000.000 &ndash; 800.000.000 dolar civar\u0131nda d&ouml;viz geliri sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n Do\u011fu Karadeniz B&ouml;lgesi halk\u0131n\u0131n &ouml;nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n hemen hemen tek ge&ccedil;im kayna\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131 nedeni ile, sosyal boyutu da olduk&ccedil;a &ouml;nemlidir. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; bu b&ouml;lgedeki y&uuml;ksek meyilli, bol ya\u011f\u0131\u015f alan ve oransal nemi y&uuml;ksek olan arazilerde, f\u0131nd\u0131ktan ba\u015fka &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin tar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r. Bu y&ouml;n&uuml; ile toprak i\u015flemeli tar\u0131ma elveri\u015fli olmayan arazilerden faydalanma imkan\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, bu alanlar\u0131 erozyona kar\u015f\u0131da korumaktad\u0131r. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; B&uuml;t&uuml;n bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda f\u0131nd\u0131k meyvesi &ouml;nemli bir besin maddesidir, bile\u015fiminde %55-66 ya\u011f, %11-22 karbonhidrat, %14&ndash;16 protein, %5 su ve %2 oran\u0131nda da mineral maddeler bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu mineraller demir, kalsiyum, &ccedil;inko, potasyum, sodyum, magnezyum, bak\u0131r ve manganezdir. F\u0131nd\u0131kta bulunan vitaminler ise B1, B2, B6, Niacin ve E vitaminidir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; D&Uuml;NYADA FINDIK &Uuml;RET\u0130M\u0130<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bilindi\u011fi gibi d&uuml;nya f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;retiminde ve ihracat\u0131nda &uuml;lkemizin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz &uuml;st&uuml;nl&uuml;\u011f&uuml; vard\u0131r. T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;den ba\u015fka &ouml;nemli f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;reticisi &uuml;lkeler \u0130talya, ABD ve \u0130spanya&rsquo;d\u0131r. Son yedi y\u0131ll\u0131k (1993 &ndash; 1999) &uuml;retim rakamlar\u0131na g&ouml;re, d&uuml;nyada ortalama 650 338 ton \/ y\u0131l f\u0131nd\u0131k &uuml;retimi ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. &Uuml;lkemiz toplam &uuml;retimin %77.4&rsquo;&uuml;n&uuml; ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirerek 1. s\u0131rada yer almaktad\u0131r. &Uuml;lkemizi s\u0131ras\u0131yla \u0130talya (% 16), ABD (%4.4) ve \u0130spanya (%2.2) izlemektedir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u015eekil 13. Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131 b&ouml;lgesi f\u0131nd\u0131k yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan en uygun iklim &ouml;zelliklerine sahiptir.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n 13&ndash;16 oC oldu\u011fu y&ouml;reler f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n &uuml;retimi i&ccedil;in uygundur. Ayr\u0131ca en d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n &#8211; 8, &#8211; 10 oC&rsquo;yi, en y&uuml;ksek s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ise 36, 37 oC&rsquo;yi ge&ccedil;memesi, y\u0131ll\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131\u015f toplam\u0131n\u0131n 700 mm&rsquo;nin &uuml;st&uuml;nde olmas\u0131 ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n aylara da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n dengeli olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. B&uuml;t&uuml;n bunlarla birlikte, haziran ve temmuz aylar\u0131nda oransal nemin % 60&rsquo;\u0131n alt\u0131na d&uuml;\u015fmesi, f\u0131nd\u0131k bitkisinde meyve geli\u015fiminde olumsuzluklara sebep olmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Toprak \u0130stekleri<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; F\u0131nd\u0131k sa&ccedil;ak k&ouml;ke sahip bir k&uuml;lt&uuml;r bitkisi oldu\u011fundan, k&ouml;kleri fazla derine gitmeyip yanlara do\u011fru geli\u015fmekte, derin, d&uuml;z ve taban arazilerde 100 &ndash; 150 cm derinli\u011fe kadar ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu ama&ccedil;la arazi &uuml;zeri yabanc\u0131 bitkilerden temizlendikten sonra, taban suyu y&uuml;ksek olan arazilerde drenaj kanallar\u0131, meyilli arazilerde ise toprak ve suyu korumak amac\u0131 ile teraslama yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bah&ccedil;e topra\u011f\u0131 analiz ettirilerek, kire&ccedil; ihtiyac\u0131 varsa kire&ccedil; verilmelidir. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fidan Dikim Zaman\u0131: <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Genel olarak dikim zaman\u0131, ekim ay\u0131ndan itibaren ilkbaharda bitkilere su y&uuml;r&uuml;y&uuml;nceye kadar olan d&ouml;nemdir. B&ouml;yle fidanlar\u0131n yaz s\u0131caklar\u0131na daha iyi dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g&ouml;zlenmektedir.
