Under the title of “Working together as brothers for a better life” the seminar will feature presentations on the theme of mushrooms, an eco-friendly agricultural product of Korea. Topics will include mushroom production in Korea, mushroom cultivation methods, mushrooms as functional foods, and mushroom consumption in Turkey and Europe. "
